Green Mile Landscaping Designs

I have used the green mile several times and have had no problems with them at all. In fact the jobs have always been completed on time and more importantly in budget… I would recommend them to anyone.

Stay away!!! The owner of the company James Perrenod has a landscaping business & also started to do construction under Green Mile, LLC. He is telling sandy victims he can start work immediately just to get you signed up with a contract & gives you a run around with the start date. he blames it on material being on back order & keeps pushing the job back. I took the extra step & went to the supply store & there it was all my material sitting in a warehouse for 2 weeks. He then scams you & says he needs more money to pay for material or order more stuff, what he is doing is using your money to pay his workers & for other jobs (ROB’S PETTER TO PAY PAUL). He also uses unlicensed plumbers & electricians on the homes he is rebuilding & this will cause major issues when the owner goes to sell their home. This needs to be stopped immediately!!! As of today he has not performed any work to rebuild my home & has $ 18,000 of my money since DEC. 20^th 2012 & has not returned it or even attempted to call me, who does this to someone that lost everything? I have notified the police & hired an attorney for consumer fraud. He has become money hungry & does not care about his clients. Please stay away from this landscaper/​contractor or you will wind up in my position.
