I usually go to Ace or Home Depot. Decided to try this new establishment out. My first visit in May. I quickly browsed the large selection of outdoor items & purchased a rooster statute. Rosario, my salesman put it my car & answered all my questions in regards to the yucca & gravel. This past Friday I was helped by Michael G. Excellent & courtesy salesman. Was very patient, as I picked out a tree & a full truck of gravel. Took me 2 hrs to decide! Yesterday, I went back to add one item to my order before today’s delivery. It was Early afternoon, my foot sank in mud, since they decided to spray down every leaf with water– that made no sense watering, at the hottest time of day. I searched out a fellow. Michael was his name also. He appeared as if he really wanted to be elsewhere. I asked him to put a water hose on so I could wash the mud from my feet & legs. When asked about adding to my order he was very rude & then could not even give me a window time for delivery. Finally said 8 – 11 am. Tomorrow. Ok. Today is delivery day. At 11am I called. Worried my order was sent to the wrong house. Told Kurt was on his way. Excellent delivery man! I can honestly say Rosario, Michael G and Kurt are professionals that know how to deal with the public. They know landscaping & hardscaping. That other Michael. Needs re– training on how to be pleasant! I will return, but if he’s there. I am leaving. Three stars for the three excellent people I meet there. Not 5 stars because of the rudeness, I could care less attitude Michael had.
