Lets just start off with I wont name bash so I wont give the name of the employee. If I could have given a ½ star I would have given it. Worse customer service by an employee I’ve experienced in a very long time. Funny thing is this employee claims to have been there 4 years and is trying to make manager. So first off she should be way better at her job, second if that’s how she represents T-mobile y’all going to have to do some damage control. She’s actually a better sales person for Verizon. Agreed with me when I said Verizon has better cell service and coverage than T-mobile and you get what you pay for. Sounds to me like T-mobile isnt worth the money. Way to stand behind the competition !!!(Hoping to be manager of T-mobile someday). I think she dyed her hair too much recently and fried the common sense out of her. When in sales or customer service never argue with a customer. Even if you think you won, you actually lost. The lady at T-mobile tells my wife her credit is crap, but they would give her $ 300 for her Iphone 6 plus but it was going to cost me close to another $ 300 just to get her into one Samsung Galaxy S7. We immediately left and went to Verizon where we was greeted very kindly by a sales rep. They matched the $ 300 dollar for the Iphone 6 plus allowed me to use my union discount, and we walked out with 2S7 phones(buy one get second free of equal or lesser value), wireless charger docking station, blue tooth speaker, otter box case, all taxes and fees paid, no deposit because credit was fine and only had to pay a whopping $ 15.60 out of pocket!!! Compare that to crappy service, $ 300 dollars out of pocket and only one phone from T-mobile…you do the math. T-mobile is still elementary compared to Verizon who is a championship team!!!
