Eaglebrook Apartments

Had to move out due to VERY thin and non insulated floors and walls, cheap construction, not only can you hear people and dogs barking everywhere from inside your apartment but if you have someone above you purposefully bouncing golf balls and slamming cabinets the apartment management is unwilling to stop their behavior.

This place is extremely over priced for the quality of rental. Lupe the leasing agent is extremely nice when renting but down right rude and disrespectful if you have anything in your apartment that needs to be fixed. There is dog feces all over the grounds and cigarette butts everywhere. If your neighbors smoke outside the smoke quickly comes into your apartment. You can also smell everything your neighbors cook when the Ac kicks on. The odors come through the vents and the smell is so strong you would think someone was cooking in your kitchen. There is zero sound proofing you can hear all of your neighbors conversations. Shortly after moving in our dryer broke, then we had black mold in the bathroom and there is this stench of dog urine that has never gone away and we don’t own a pet. Upon moving in the apartment was covered in dog hair it was all over the shades, dead flies on the window sills and urine all over the toilet and floor. I’m positive if you keep looking you can find a much better place than paying $ 960 for 635 square foot one bedroom. Also, we had water seep in during a storm from under the flooring it must be a problem with the seal or foundation not really sure but something is wrong. Lupe told me to just let it air dry! After speaking with several water restoration companies I was advised that the dry wall could be wet and mold could develop. Now we’re having to fight to get in touch with someone at corporate to get this fixed. This place is awful it looks ok but run!
