Such a great store full of things any woman would want! They also carry men’s items! The customer service is excellent and it’s my absolute favorite place to shop :))

If you aren’t wearing Miss Me jeans and a shirt you got from The Buckle, don’t expect to get any help from the ladies that are working there. I needed assistance getting charms from the Brighton case and I probably stood there over 15 minutes with no help, it wouldn’t have made me so upset except there was about 10 people working in the small store and they were all in the back giggling and having a good olé time. I finally had to walk around and find a lady to help me and when I asked her she acted like it was very inconvenient for her. I live in Baytown, so its a little drive to get the store and next time I will be taking my money to Houston or the Clear Lake area. The only time I was treated nicely, and I was in the store over 30 minutes… was when I was checking out… go figure!
