They have the Best Fresh Salads and Greek Food in Town the Workers are very good at what they do and Peter the Owner is a great man he delivers the food himself along with several other nice drivers. The Food is fresh and hot at your door and is definitely delicious too eat order out or go and say hello to the staff the Respectful and courteous Men and women make your order enjoyable and give you everything you need and more ! The best gyro in town and the knish is so moist and tasty served with feta cheese and lettuce and tomato mmmm good ! Also they sell Root beer in Diet and Regular oh yeah !

My go to post work out meal.
Small place with a big menu. Every type of salad, sandwiches, and wraps you can think of. If you’re like me after a big workout you want chicken. I typically order the chicken wrap loaded with veggies and ranch on the side. Teddys has different varieties of wraps to choose from. Go with the whole wheat. They even have while wheat pita. Dine in, Order at the counter and staff with bring it to you.

Previously would have given it five stars, but recently they changed their menu a lot. No more yellow rice, replaced with a subpar white rice and peas, and now when you get a pint of their delicious Greek sauce they give it to you in a styrofoam cup.
Truly disappointed, will have to find another place as my go to for Greek food in Bayonne.

We get this delivered to the hospital when celebrating engagements, milestones and birthdays. LOVE LOVE LOVE their gyro platter. I get extra rice and comes with a greek salad. They always remember my extra sauce and the platter is never soggy and gross like some places I’ve tried. Highly recommend!

Tried the gyro platter wow worth the trip and I live in jersey city. If I’m ever in the mood for Greek gyro this is the spot they give you so much food its great. The price complements the food.

The gyro is excellent every time! I’ve been ordering take out from Teddy’s Place for years, and have been inside the actual place a few times. The owner seems very nice and welcoming and the take out delivery is fast. I just had another gyro delivered and it was delicious as always.

Ever since I started working in Bayonne, when I found out about teddys, oh my goodness. Their food is amazing and their Greek sauce is delicious. Especially their curly fries & sweet potato fries. I definitely order there whenever I have the chance.

What a nice breakfast spot here in Midtown where there are really no other places to go. They open at 6:00 AM every day and their omelets are really great. Breakfast is served all day and they are serving the best home fries in Bayonne too! I particularly love the Greek omelet with feta, peppers and onion. A delicious cup of coffee as well! The quality of the breakfast is similar to what you’d find in Brooklyn or Queens. I’m looking forward to trying all their Greek specialties.

This is not bad place at all. It wasn’t a wow omg great but it was pretty good. I ate the chicken platter and the chicken tasted good. The amount of food was very sufficient and i loved that they added a stuffed grape leave with this platter. I would come here again but I wouldn’t say its a spot you’re missing out on.

Used to be my favorite little hideaway until I got food poisoning. Avoided them for years but had a change of heart and tried them out again. Food still good, cooks are always fast and present food properly. Dont like the way the girls at counter stare at you when they give you change almost begging for a tip. Like the giant bucket on the counter with TIPS written on it wasnt too obvious for me…

One of my favorite places!!! Pete is the best and so is the girl who answers the phones! She always knows my order and address (do I call too much?) ok, so I love the Greek salad, chicken gyro (but I prefer with grilled chicken sliced not cubed, just find it easier to eat), their Greek fries are great and grape leaves too! I can go on and on and on, but just know if your in town or are a local you have to give them a try!

What a hidden gem in Bayonne!
Took my boyfriend there yesterday and he fell in love with the gyro! I was slightly jealous! I love their chicken gyro and the tzatziki sauce on on point. Best sauce around.
The staff was so friendly and happy to chat with customers, even when the place was packed the food came out timely and hot.
Definitely a spot to hit for a quick delicious bite.

Authentic Greek for sure!!! Customer service is really great! For the food. I had a grilled chicken gyro… It was charbroiled and was fantastic!!! Curly fries was definitely a sinful treat!!! And the Spanish pie was out standing!!!
