I really like this place. The first thing that stood out to me when I walked in was that it was clean. Now, don’t get it twisted, I’m not above the greasy spoon or questionable hole in the wall, but this place is neither. They have a solid egg and ham sandwich on soft rolls and amazing sandwiches. For real, they have daily lunch specials from the deli with everything from grilled chicken and fresh mozzarella to your standard cold cuts. I haven’t had many of the breakfast platters, but they do French toast and pancakes.
If you have a sweet tooth, they have several offerings from Tate’s Bakery. Just tried a chocolate chip cookie sample… they’re lucky I didn’t take the tray!

Great fresh made to order food. I’ve tried a few items from here including (Sausage Egg & Cheese on a roll) (French Toast) & (Ham & Cheese) all were really good! The guys there are very friendly and will accommodate the order to your likings. Definitely worth trying and you’ll be hooked.

Delicious. Walking distance from my apartment, and I like to walk here for lunch some days. I always order a large sandwich and save half for the next day. Makes my lunch around 4.25 per day. Plus they are LOADED with meat and cheese, so you really get your money’s worth. Great little local place.

No longer a pizzeria. They reopened about a year ago as a deli. Food is very good & they will tailor it to suit your persnickety tastes (ex. I order a fresh mozzarella, basil, & sundried tomato with olive oil on a hero sandwich even though it’s not on the menu). Large hero sandwich is $ 7 & super fresh ingredients. Delivery is quick & there doesn’t seem to be a minimum. They serve breakfast & lunch, but close @ 6pm daily.
Check them out, small place — you can’t eat there but you can definitely take it home & pig out in front of your TV!

Place is great! I work on the Bayonne Bridge and come in all the time for a chicken parm! It’s the best chicken parm I’ve had every time I eat it! The egg sandwiches in the morning are great too! Great guys behind the counter, good conversation, great place. 5 STARS!

Some of the best pizzas in town. Unfortunately parking can be a major issue.
