Imagine That!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
My girlfriend called the store and spoke with the owner/​designer to ensure that my parents received a beautiful $ 60 floral arrangement — to thank them for a dinner that they hosted while she was in town visiting. What my parents received was a bunch of mismatched purple and yellow mums, rust and gold alstromeria (which were half dead and wilted) and blue thistle stuck in a cobalt blue vase with a purple bow with pink and purple butterflies that looked like it was from the 70’s. Even to a novice’s eye, this was not a thoughtful arrangement and certainly not worth $ 60. My mother called the store and asked for them to be returned. Now mind you, my mom has Alzheimer’s, and does the best she can to communicate her thoughts. But the owner stated that my mom was a rude woman who didn’t deserve to have her flowers replaced. They were refunded back to the credit card — HOW GENEROUS! I will NEVER order from this establishment. I would rather pick flowers from the side of the road… atleast they will be alive and look like someone put some thought into making someone’s day happier! Need I tell them that THEY are the ones in the service industry?
