I have to use quest because that’s what my insurance covers. If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, and could care less how long you wait in the waiting area whether you have an appointment or not, that really doesn’t matter. One of the staff would rather chat with her co-​worker than tend to the many people waiting in the waiting room.
If you could go somewhere else I would definitely encourage you to. You will wait a minimum of an hour here.
