Warning: Horrible customer service. Was promised a prescription for my sick Mom would be done within 30 – 45 minutes. Came back after this timeframe and they hadn’t even started to fill the prescription. The manager who assisted us-Teresa was unapologetic and rude. She had a horrible attitude, which is an indication of how she trains her employees I’m sure. Go to a different Pharmacy!

Worst place to get pics printed. I cant believe they dont check for a second if pics are turning up how they should be. Its one way to get money out of customer. Also their pharmacy attitude is as awful as it could get.

Walgreens pharmacy has no consideration of peoples time. I dropped off a perscription at 1:45pm and the pharmicist told me to be back at 3:45 and my perscription would be ready. I show up at 4:20pm and stood in the line that was backed up and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me the the perscription wasnt even filled. Never ever get your perscriptions filled here!

The pharmacist(skinny white dude) is rude as hell. Came to the drive thru with my grandmother to drop off a new prescription for her. No one else was in line. We pull-up to the window and no one even comes over the speaker to acknowledge that we are there. I can see 2 or 3 pharmacy techs and the actual pharmacist. None of them even look at us or give a little wave to acknowledge our presence. After sitting there for a good 15 minutes I pressed the call button to get someone’s attention. The pharmacist picks up and in a very rude/condescending tone says«there are 3 guests in front of youuu…» And hangs up. Like??? I don’t mind waiting, I know how busy they get, but there’s no need to be a dick when no one even acted like they saw us out there.

I come here often to luck up my prescriptions and everyone is always friendly and helpful. This Walgreens is very clean with plenty of parking and a drive up if you would like to pick your prescription up at the drive-up window.

If we could give a zero; sadly we would. This is the second time the pharmacy lost a prescription. Both times the employees passively making assumptions that we never dropped the prescription off to that particular Walgreens. This prescription is for my 64yr old mom who had extractions done on her teeth. She needs to take antibiotics to prevent infection from getting any worse than they already are. Mind you she’s in so much pain. He explained this fact to the pharmacy and nobody seemed to be empathetic with him. Both times the prescription was eventually found. My husband noticed when the very rude pharmacist(Jennifer Chow) found the prescription; she took it off of the bag which makes us suspect that the medication was completed and ready to be released to him. She seemed to want to cover up her mistake and didn’t release the meds because of that. She suggests he come back tomorrow to pick up the filled prescription because they close at 6:00pm. At the time it was 5:40pm. You would think that they would feel guilty for this whole mix up. An apology would be nice. Yesterday it was supposed to be filled within 20min. Now it’s a whole 31 hours later and she wants him to come back the next day. At this point he had enough. He told her that’s not nice and she could fill it. He already had the feeling that the meds were ready for release, but they were trying to cover up the mistake. My husband raised his voice at her because she was so rude. He asked for her name and she refused to give it to him. He asked for a business card and she also refused. She suggested he call walgreens and complain about her, they know who Jennifer is. He told her he wants her full name and she refused. Guess what… She called the police. Two cop cars, three officers. The police had no problem with my husband at all but this mess could have been totally avoided. What happened to customer service. I know I would feel so bad if I was behind that counter. I would do whatever it takes to accommodate my customers. I guess for some people it’s just a paycheck. All in all my mom is in pain and no antibiotics to prevent any further infection. No wonder why lawsuits are the only option, I just might look into that.

I have never been so upset before ever. I’ve printed photos that I OWN from JCP here with no problem but today the manager would not give me my photos. Nor was I able to receive my personal cell phone photos. They didn’t even know they were jcp photos as I uploaded them from my personal files. They asked for a photographer release on letterhead. I called JCP and even they are shocked at walgreens request, in fact I have to wait for a higher up manager to help me. You’ve lost all my print business. I wont even return to another walgreens. You’re within a mile of other printing facilities. You officially made me a CVS customer I could live without getting my JCP photos but really refusing to give me my cell phone ones has pissed me right off.

We use this walgreens quite a bit and have not had many problem. I will say the parking lot could be watched more, and from time to time the redbox is not working. But It’s clean, the people have always seemed nice. There are times it looks like the bad side of town is in there(with their amusing loud trashy antics), but can’t blame the employees for that.

Was in a hurry to pick up an item. The store itself seemed clean and well stocked. The two employees I saw were friendly. My biggest gripe is the dirty parking lot. There is litter every where and it’s not just from one day!

The store staff are always friendly, they also greet you every time you walk in. The pharmacy staff, well most look like they hate their jobs. I will never visit that pharmacy again.

They always have a lot of great things on sale. The cashier is normally always aware is the in store coupons going on, and will apply them as necessary which is awesome. I’ve saved almost $ 10 in one visit because of this. The store is very orderly but unfortunately it appears to be understaffed.

I only come here for the cheap cigarettes. The cashiers do not provide good customer service and do not provide a good customer experience. Some are rude and almost every time I had to deal with these cashiers there is some sort of incident which does not make it a smooth transaction. They also make excuses why they made a mistake, but they do apologize I’ll give them that. But every time?

So glad we have another convenience store to relieve the overload of people at Rite Aid and Safeway on Bailey Road. This area really doesn’t have enough places for ALL these people to go. Plus I love a sparkly new store.
