Terrible service. Every time we come here, we wait to order, then wait longer at drive up window. Last time was a 15 min wait when one car was in the parking lot and we were the first in the drive up window. Terrible server at window. She’s very rude and seems not to care. AVOIDATALLCOST. GOTOANOTHERPANDA!!! Would leave 0 stars if we could

This Panda Express is new to BG and first look of the exterior is a wow factor and catches your attention. They designed it well and looks really modern. It is fairly clean inside except for busy times, just as you would expect at most fast food type places. They also have a drive thru so you don’t have to go inside. I think they also have delivery service. Just as most employees have to do as part of their job description they always greet you and offer a free sample. During the busy times the food is more fresh and ready to go. Portions are big and they make big scoops. If they skimp you, don’t be afraid to ask. You are the customer and you can choose to go somewhere else to eat if not satisfied. Bad parts is that sometimes they get busy and run out of food and you have to wait for them to make more. The upside is that it will be fresh but you are expecting quickness. Late night is worse since the food may be sitting there for a while. With better consistency and some improvements, this Panda location can be a lot better.

My entire experience with this location was overall unsatisfying. I went around 8 o’clock to get orange chicken and chow mein, service was pretty fast, but the food was awful. The chicken was so hard I couldn’t even continue eating it, and noodles were so dry! I called and let them know so they could fix it for future customers and she told me that I could have a free same meal. I don’t live in battleground I live in Hazel Dell, so I called and ask if they could transfer the free meal to the hazel Dell location so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way out there which in my opinion is understandable. She let me know there was no way to do that. I then call the Hazel Dell location and speak to someone named Ashley who was AMAZING and only the assistant manager. She told me to come right in and she’d take care of me. I manage franchise tanning salons and at a management level really don’t get the lack of customer service especially when you’re a food chain. Wasn’t happy won’t go back.

I’ve had good experiences here before so take this with a grain of salt but… Don’t make me wait 5 minutes in the drive thru, 10 minutes parked, make me come in to make sure I wasnt forgotten and then send me home with no teriyaki sauce(that I clearly asked for in the store). No I don’t want a free drink. Just my order correct in a reasonable time frame. If not, I review. Update: Foods delicious.

The food is good but they are not very consistent with the portions. One server will give a nice portion of food but another server will not.

First time at this location. Girl(Emily) working drive thru was great! She made eye contact and that’s a plus in customer service! She told us we would have to wait for one of the entrees. she asked if that would be okay. she offered us a few free drinks while we wait. With a smile of course!

Was disappointed in the dishes I chose. Chow Mein was tasteless, shrimp tasted somewhat unfresh & spareribs were nothing special. Main dishes seem to be preprepared & just warmed up by unskilled workers.
