Nails 2000

I came here for a pedicure with a friend. They close at 7pm on weeknights, but due to our work/​sleep schedules, we came in at about 6pm. There were four people working with other customers, so we picked a color and waited about ten minutes.
The girl doing my pedicure was very attentive and wanted to make sure I had a good time. They have 3 pedicure packages. Two have wine (ooh lala), so, of course, I picked the lesser of the two wine packages.
Everything went very smoothly; she made sure to check often to see if my water was warm enough, my feet were buffed to perfection, etc. I haven’t, um, tended my toenails in a long time, so I guess they were a bit too long. When it came time to trim them, she dug around in the corner for a bit, which was really painful, but it could have just been because of the aforementioned neglect I have given them. It was bearable.
I must say that my feet have never looked so good before in my life!
The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because when it came time to pay, she came back with my receipt to sign (paying with card) and kind of hovered while I filled it out. When I started to fill in the tip section, she stopped me and asked if I had any cash instead. I get that people want cash for tips because you take the money home immediately, but honestly, if I had cash to tip with, I would have used it. It just seemed very unprofessional. Next time I’ll try to bring cash with me, but I don’t carry any, usually.

Had Acrylics put on there went back two weeks later to get a fill & the female «nail tech» drilled deep ridges in two of my nails; I had to soak them off due to pain & wavy bumpy lumpy looking Acrylics with a ton of air bubbles! I will never go there again.

Best nails salon in town. The ladies always make sure you walk out satisfied. Love this place
Its obvious that they are always busy so call ahead before coming in!

I’m very happy with the job they do on my nails here. I’ve gotten a pedicure before which was very nice, but my feet are so sensitive (ticklish), I usually just have my nails done. I always ask for Tammy and they always fit me in quickly (I reserve ahead of time). Her work is excellent. I confess I don’t shop around for price so I can’t say whether they are higher or lower than other salons. They are close to my home, always polite and helpful and Tammy does GREAT work. It works for me and I’m very happy there.

They give the best massages at this salon. Sometimes they over book so if you have an apt, you still end up waiting awhile.

I was a regular here for about a year. I came back for the friendly staff and They knew me by name and remember how I like my nails done. I love that they talk to me and seem genuinely interested in chatting. They are all funny and in contrary to some reviews, I’ve never had a problem with attitude! Their color selection is great, but I left because I got a sneaky suspicion they were overcharging me. I noticed a price increase and thought nothing of it until it rose again and again. I’m a generous tipper, and I couldn’t afford it anymore. I was also pretty upset when they split who does the services. So while one gal may do my pedicure, another will do my fill in the same appointment = two separate tips.

I walked in, picked a color, and they got me right in even though they were busy. I got a full set and a pedicure and were both great! The woman who did my pedicure was awesome, very friendly and actually had a conversation with me! The women who did my full set was very nice and does very pretty work! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks !

My sister and i went here while i was staying downtown on business. Absolutely LOVED our pedicures! We got the parapyn wax and 10 min message! Felt great!

This salon is still ok, but it’s noticeably lacking in service. For the price, they used to be great. Now, there are multiple salons with better services for the same price. My favorite nail tech left and the newer girls are not very experienced and just don’t do a great job. I have found better salons, and am willing to drive a little ways to get more for my money.

I give one star because I don’t have the option to put none! This place was a joke, my pedicure took 15 minutes and my moms was 45, not to say that hers was any better. The girl kept stopping what she was doing to answer her cell phone that was turned on ridiculously loud. The towels were torn, stained, and mix matching in color. I will never be going back

Cons:
1) Pricy.
And the customer gets charged extra for using debit or credit cards.
2) So so quality of work
3) Hand massage coming with the manicure is not as good as I got from some other places, barely a massage but close to a gesture.
4) You, the customer, does quite a bit of work like scrubbing clean of your nail beds.
It was also very annoying that they started to ask me what I do for living the first time I was there. And it will likely be the last time.

I’ve been here a few times. The first two I had Kenny. He was fast and did a great job. He didn’t speak alot but was friendly enough so I was fine with it. BUT, each time I’ve made an appointment. it’s too bad they don’t stick to them. People walked in after me who where seated before me after my appointment time. I was not happy but he did a great job once I was called so I overlooked it. I agree with Tanya as for their attitude, they didn’t have it with me but I saw it given to others and that offends me. This is reasonably close and have done pretty well so that’s why I go, but if another placed opened up and had excellent customer service, I would go there.
