Car wash attendant sold us the VIP which included a hand dry of entire car for $ 15. When we turned in to get the hand dry of the truck, he made us sit through all of the other car lining up for a car wash and it wasn’t till then that he sauntered over to say his towels were wet and need to go in the drier-​there would be no hand dry. Also when you go through they don’t spend any time cleaning the wheels.

Getting car washed by machine and then hand dried. Good deal for $ 10. Staff is always friendly and service is quick even in the days there are lines to wait for the car wash.
Their car wash is always clean and in good repair which is a nice change from some of the other places I have used. :)

First thing I noticed, the guy that greeted me when I pulled in was very polite. He asked me a few questions to make sure I got the right oil without confusing me.
When I got inside, the lobby was very clean and modern with coffee and water and other refreshments. The turnaround time was fast and they told me my filters were all brand new so all I needed was the oil change… what a change from Jiffy Lube, who on my last visit, tried to sell me two new ones saying mine were dirty… for over $ 100. It’s nice to just get an oil change and not worry that someone is going to try to fool you into spending a bunch of extra money on things like filters.
The staff was great, the price is fair, and they throw in some extras like a car wash and a little bag of candy and an air freshener (which was a happy little surprise).
BG newbie but this is where I’ll be taking my car from now on. Excellent work.

Bought a new (used) car with an expired Jiffy Lube sticker and took it in for an oil change.
They told me I didn’t need one.
Manager said he doesn’t want to take my money if I don’t Need the service
I told him he has a customer for life!
They still vacuumed my car and gave me a goodie bag
What a company!

We love taking our cars to Grease Monkey. The guys are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. They recently replace the alternator on my Explorer and I am free of that awful noise. Saved us a lot of money. Other places were telling us it was the fuel pump which it wasn’t after replacing it. Always had great service and will continue to have my cars serviced here even though I live in Vancouver. It’s worth the drive.

That is awesome customer service and the reason I will keep going back! P. s. grease monkey oil changes are the best. I’ve been going there for a few years. Always had a great experience with their staff and the process is fast.

They always do a great job and make changing your oil painless! I love that I can walk to Fred Meyer and get my shopping done while they work. When I come back I have a vacuumed car, new garbage bag, carnation on the dash, car wash ticket, cookies and juice/​soda for snack, and of course new oil in my car. They go over and beyond making sure you are taken care of.

The workers there are very polite! I wrote a bad review for them yesterday. For something they did wrong. BUT the owner and manager went out of thier way to make sure that I was taken care of and we above and beyond what needed to be done to make sure that I was satisfied.
If they mess up, just let them know and they will make it right.

Thank you Justin. Showed me where everything was under the hood of my new to me used car, Showed me how to get to the air filter and how to change it (and then installed the one I brought with me) for no charge. Fast, friendly, and I will be back. Thank you :-)

Being an ex-​Auto Mechanic from years ago, I can no longer maintain my own vehicles due to health concerns, and am cautious about any auto repair facility, but the one thing Grease Monkey BG did was stole my wife’s heart. She loves them but is easy to give in on upsales so I was skeptical at first. But after having had a couple of oil changes there, I’m starting to cave in too. They do good work, give the ladies a flower on the dash, litter bag w/​candy, air freshner, and other items in it.
I’d have given them 5 stars, but they do tout an up-​sale marketing thing on some services and products though, but I guess who wouldn’t blame them. I’ve always been given a good coupon discount without a coupon which is a plus.

They did an oil change on our family car and so far the experience was way great. I guess now I can say that we have a place that we can trust. I was please with their service and recommendations. I hope they stay honest and don’t become what Jiffy Lube did.
