The selection can be decent. It’s really hit or miss. There’s a lot of new Target items and some real gems but other times nothing. My aunt likes to visit when she’s down from Seattle because the selection is way better then where she’s at. I just had a weird experience in there(said hello but didn’t remind me they were closing and then didn’t let me try on clothes I had selected — but they were taking donations still in the parking lot) but generally the staff are reasonably nice.

A smaller location but we’re kind of a smaller town :) Decent selection of most things and prices are reasonable. Best part is the very friendly staff.

I bought a vacuum for $ 69.99 knowing I could return it if I was not 100 percent sure as long as I kept the receipt and did not remove the price tag. At Goodwill you also have to return the item to the same store you made your purchase. I tried to return it 6 days later and the assistant manager told me my receipt was not for that vacuum. It seems that the Vacuum has a sports department sticker on it. The assistant manager implied we were lying. She was not willing to problem solve and insisted we come back the following day when the Manager was there. We said were too busy. She told us to call her. We went back in tonight and the AM scolded us for not calling her Manager. She then told us she was authorized to give us credit on the purchase. All PIC always need to listen to their customers and represent their store with utmost professionalism. I do not feel like this AM had those skills.

Okay selection. Smells like a normal goodwill. When they first opened the prices were very good. Anymore they’re alot higher than other goodwills.

An average sized goodwill on the smaller side. Great place to donate anything for the city of BG. Helpful and friendly staff. There is a bell next to the changing room you can ring for assistance. Sometimes when you checkout may take a while with usually only one checkout open until they call more. There are great finds if you look. A lot of good thrifting for cheap clothes which can be used for themed party or something you just want to use once to get dirty such as paintball. Sneaker heads enjoy thrift shopping and going to different goodwills. You can find a $ 10 pair of nikes still in good condition still worth $ 50+. I found a big dog kennel usually worth more than $ 40 for only $ 6.99. Second hand stuff isn’t too bad and there are good toys or just stuff you don’t want to spend brand new on. Look for the colored tags each day it changes with 50% off when you match them. They have a couple of new stuff as well and still affordable. Overall good place for the people of BG and thrift shopping.

Lots of choices. I do not think their prices are«ridiculously high» like another said. I think the prices are pretty good. You do have to be careful for broken or damaged stuff but that is to be expected, it is used stuff. I have found great glassware, kitchen needs, and new clothing items.

The prices at this store are ridiculous. Other than that it is like any other used junk store. Did I mention that the prices are RIDICULOUSLYHIGH? Not only do I not shop at this Goodwill but I will no longer be donating to them. I don’t think that my old junk is worth that much, so future donations will be made to Salvation Army or Arc of Clark County, where someone that needs or wants my donated items will actually be able to afford them.
