Elite Collision & Auto Spa

I was rear ended in my 6 week old car, and stopped by to get an estimate. They knew my insurance adjuster by name, got me into a rental car immediately, and handled all of the paperwork.
Given the $ 8,500+ in damage, it took a while to get my car back, but they kept me and my insurance company in the loop every step of the way. Great communication from Jeff and the team.
A small part accidentally broke while putting the car back together, but they ordered a new one on their dime (other places would have probably left it for me to discover after the fact).
They did a fantastic job with the repairs, and the bonus was the spotless exterior AND interior when I picked the car up. So awesome that they went the extra mile to ensure that I got my new car back.
I’ll be sure to look them up the next time I need a detail!

I took my car to Elite after a car accident. They were able to get my car in for repairs right away. Some parts needed to be ordered so they helped me get a rental car quickly. My car had to stay there for repairs for 4 days.
When I came to pick up my car, they had already talked to the insurance company and had everything handled for me. Elite made a stressful time less stressful with their helpfulness and excellent customer service.
I will be going back to Elite if I ever need anymore car repairs!

I have been there, twice, was disappointed both times.
The first time was for a cargo trailer repair that the garbage truck hit. Evidently, having someone at a body shop that can weld is too much to ask for. And the guy wasn’t into trying to help at all. Once he saw there was no job for him, we dismissed me and couldn’t wait to run back inside to his computer. Very rude.
The 2^nd time they flat told me they were too busy to give me an estimate. Wait, wtf, how am I supposed to get an estimate for repairs if the damn repair facility won’t take the time to give me one. Huh. That was weird. I took it down the street and they helped me on the spot.
Anyway, they are 0 for 2. Not going back. Ever. My guess is the only way they get business is paying way too much rent for their highway exposure and tripping over a job here and there, it certainly isn’t their customer service.
Only go here if you want to watch the owner act like a hotshot driving around in his red corvette Z06.

Followup to response: AAA towed vehicle to business at night; Elite did not pay for towing. Title was signed over the following day when verbal estimate was given. I did not request a further written estimate; any work they did was on their own. They did not incur any expense at my direction. I did ensure that title was properly transferred to latest buyer, when Elite did not complete the transfer. An inconvenience, since it should have been taken care of by them nearly a year prior. Also Center chose not to respond to BBB complaint.

Extremely poor follow up and customer service!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Just because the building looks nice does not mean you will be treated well.
