Another great experience coming to the Cedar Factory Outlet. The guys were swamped when I first got here but they got the customers on their way in a timely manner and then took care of me so I could get on the road as well.
That is very important as I had guys waiting for me back at the jobsite.
It’s nice when they respect my time as valuable but still are able to ask me how things are going where they really seem to care.
It was nice today as they wished me a belated happy father’s day as well.

Great prices and equally great customer service. Cedar was cut to custom lengths (accurately) and they even gave me a load of plastic sheets, so I could line the sides of my raised beds to prevent rot.

Lumber was a great price and will go back again. Customer service was a little lacking though as the person who helped me was verbally short and not very friendly.
