I’m going to get really pretentious for a second. I’ve eaten truffles all over the world.
In multiple states and countries. They were great truffles. Truly.
These truffles– they are the best. Eat them. Buy them for friends and family. Buy them for enemies and make amends.
THESE TRUFFLES WILL HEAL YOUR SOUL.

Yummy! I absolutely love the mango flavor here. We walked in 15 minutes before closing and were treated warmly by the owner Jeff. He seems to have a lot of passion for his craft. It’s awesome that he has Unilocal check in offers. My only complaint is that the servings seem a touch small for the price. It wouldn’t keep me from coming back though because it really is that good!

The owner Jeff clearly has a passion for chocolates! With a PhD in geographic information systems and a full time job at LSU, Jeff manages to pull of making wonderful chocolate & gelato with his wife and twin children.
Tried the mango sorbet and it may be the best sorbet I’ve had ever. Plus, mango is my favorite. Yummm

«Truffles, chocolates and gelato heaven right here in Baton Rouge». Simplistic in view, but an abundance of personality emerged after the first bite. Given that this was my first time here, I did not know what to expect. I ordered a «Bananas Foster» chocolate and was given a sample of the cranberry truffle and drooled over the house-​made gelato (perhaps I will get some next time). Biting into the «Bananas Foster» chocolate took me by surprise, but in a good way! At that exact moment, I felt like me and the chocolate were the only ones left in the world… it was an experience! The texture was like slightly caramelized brown sugar, kicked up with some banana flavoring. It was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with a truffle! I loved it so much that I was ready to turn around and buy and entire platter of that specific kind. Banana is not always my go-​to flavor, but I wanted to live a little, so I ordered this one and not for a second was I disappointed with my choice. I am curious to know what others have with that same texture because that was exquisite! Plus, it was dark chocolate, so that always adds plus signs. If you have ever had bananas foster, you will appreciate this truffle because it embodied everything about that dessert that I love. As for customer service, I would not expect anything less than superb and that is exactly what I got. The young gentleman behind the counter was patient and very informative. I will definitely be back and next time I am getting gelato with my chocolate!
