IF I COULDGIVEKEAN’S NOSTARS, I WOULD. I brought in my sofa cushion casings to be cleaned a few weeks ago. It’s been done before, and I’ve never had an issue. When the casings were returned to me, the casings were exceedingly shrunken and malformed. They no longer fit on the cushions and the seams were pulled and stretched out visibly. I brought back the casings telling the company they had ruined them, and it has been weeks with no response for my claim except that I’m wrong, they did nothing to my casings. I’ve had to go in multiple times with the cushions to show they don’t fit, I’ve called multiple times, and nothing. Not even an offer to reimburse me for the original cleaning as part of good customer service. I finally told them they had to reimburse me for that at least. Plus, they still have the casings. Overall, a terrible experience, and I am NEVER going to bring anything to Kean’s ever again. EVER! Only plus is that Robin, a woman who works at this location, was very pleasant and tried to be helpful.
