Hertz Rent A Car

The only reason that they’re getting two stars is for the service I received AFTER my front desk experience (the man that helped me and showed me the car was great). The lady at the front desk was rude. There are no other words to describe her. When I walk into a business, I should be greeted. I should be given eye contact. She was the most unfriendly customer service employee I might have ever come across in my life. She barely made eye contact with me and was very unfriendly. I will never do business with this location again, let alone Hertz. She has ruined my experience with them. I would rather go out of my way than deal with her again. She tried to charge me $ 71.00 for 2 gallons of gas. FYI: I got that for $ 5.15 directly across the street. Their selection of cars to rent is also very slim. If I were you, seek elsewhere. If you follow my reviews, you would know that it takes a lot for me to give negative ones.
