I recently switched to COX cable internet and I had hell cancelling my service with AT&T. They did everything they could to keep me from cancelling, even when I made it clear that I had already signed up with COX. Never again AT&T, never again.

Recently moved into an apartment complex with shared Internet. Ultimately, due to issues with infrastructure and Internet speed, had to opt out and purchase own internet provider. AT&T UVerse was the package we selected based on availability and service records. We had some issues with our installation based on the set up of the apartment, but AT&T sent out a technician on a Sunday morning in the pouring rain to help us out. Not only was he informative and courteous, but he went above and beyond his duty in trying all methods and ways he possibly could’ve fixed our situation. He provided us with his own information upon leaving should we have any hiccups with future service. In the recently destructive PR issues with companies like Cox and Comcast, AT&T has gone out of their way for me and my neighbors recently. I really think quality customer service needs to be recognized, and I’m so happy that we selected AT&T as a provider!
