Beef ‘O’ Brady’s

I have had lunch there on a few occasions, the service was good, the food was ok at best. The reason that I will not be going back is because of the price gouging. My friend and I were both charged for ranch dressing (.50) each that we did not order and they refused to the it off of our bill, then I also noticed that they also charged me a dime (.10) for a slice of lime! Really Beef O Bradys! Ten cents for a sliver of lime!

Have eaten here several times and thought food was great. BUT, went for lunch on 8−10−15 and ordered burger and fries lunch special. The burger (meat) was barely warm and the fries were barely warm. They didn’t ask if my wife if she wanted cheese on her burger. There was barely any mayo on our burgers. My wife asked for some more ice for her tea and the waitress brought her another glass of tea with not enough ice. We each took 2 – 3 bites of our burger and ate a few fries before we decided the food just was not worth it. We told our waitress we were not happy with our food. and she said «so»… really long pause… then we look at her like «what the…» so then she says «what can we do make it better» but the look on her face was not that of concern for her customers; it was a look of annoyance and irritation. So, my wife said «we just want to go and we don’t care to pay something since we ate a few bites but don’t feel we should have to pay full price for a meal when we only took a few bites.» The waitress says «well, I’ll have to talk to my manager.,» Then, she comes back with a ticket for $ 12.43…whoo-hoo, they took $ 2.20 off of our ticket… REALLY!!! We will NOT be back… the waitresses not friendly or concerned about us… she acted annoyed and the manager did not even come talk to us; in fact, she set at the bar and ignored my wife when she tried to talk to her. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! They lost a once loyal customer!

Good wings, shakes, burgers. Friendly staff. Sports TV always on if that’s your cup of tea. Alcohol of all types.

Website says they’re open until midnight. Showed up at 10:40 on a Saturday night and they were closing.
