The doctor I saw was GREAT! However, if you want to call back and order contacts… FORGET it! It goes to call center. IF you get a live person they forward you to a voicemail and it’s anyone’s guess what location you are leaving a message for. And when you leave a voicemail… you can forget a call back — even when you request one… THREE days in a row…

We won’t go back here. First, the 8:00 appointment (first appointment of the day) ended up being a post-8:30am appointment. With 3 receptionists in a relatively small office (the glasses display case only about 5 – 10 feet from their area), they post a sign that says «If no one has helped you with the display after 5 minutes, notify one of the staff and we will get someone to serve you».
Really? You have 3 people right next to where you’re looking at glasses, and you post a sign telling people not to ask for help until after 5 minutes? While the girl who conducted the initial part of the examination was polite, the doctor informed us that our daughter had a bad astigmatism in her eye. She’s always had that and she has always had the proper prescription. Then, she asked my husband if we were buying her new glasses there. Our daughter said she’d wait and the doctor abruptly turned and left. End of appointment, I guess. End of our patronage there, too.
