Tech Solution

I went in to get three things on my ps3 repaired. They had my Ps3 5 days, and when I picked it up, they had only performed one of the three things. After listening to them bicker about who forgot what, they finally told me how to do one of the things myself. Now the third thing, they offered to do there. ETA: 10 mins. 60 mins later, they told me it couldn’t be done. So what did I get for my extensive wait? 5 dollars off.
Now here is the kicker. I get my PS3 home, and they didn’t put the cover on correctly! So I move it, it breaks, and I have to go all the way back to have them replace the cover. Seemed like a bungled job by a group of amateurs.
Time will tell if the one thing they actually did, they did correctly.
