I have lived in Tipton County for 6 ½ years and have had to call upon a plumber more than a few times for emergencies. Smiths Plumbing, however, is now my go to company and the only plumbing service I will use now and in the future. Their customer service is phenomenal, they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need, and, they get it right the first time. This company will do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.

We had a great experience with these guys this week after our hot water heater EXPLOADED In our attic. They were able to transition us to a new Hot Water heater in a days time. I would highly recommend them. They are professional, courteous and very good at what they do!

I sent Mr. Smith a message late one night and he was able to schedule an appointment the next day.
His worker, James, came out, inspected the pipes under my house, located the problem and was also able to show me weak spots that would need repair in the future.
James worked quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased.
I will most definitely be using Smith’s Plumbing Services again.

Used Smith’s today for a hot water heater replacement and they did an outstanding job. The owner was easy to work with and the guys that came out did a great job by explaining step by step what they were going to do as they did it then went over it when they finished. Top notch professional group.
