Absolutely unethical owners here. I went in because I had cracked my screen, but everything was still functional. They touch it for an hour and suddenly the screen goes black but you can hear people calling me and texting me so the audio still worked. They lied about the problem with my phone, they put a non-​Apple part in my phone (but told me it WAS an Apple part), then sent me to the Apple Store because they had made it worse. Guess what. Apple Store geniuses can tell immediately when you’ve had someone else work on your phone particularly if non-​Apple parts have been put in. Apple explained that by going to places like iRepear you void any warranty you had and Apple won’t touch it after these places get their hands on them. So I went back to the guy and asked him why he didn’t inform me of any of that. A couple curse words later he offers to give me money to buy a new phone. But he caps it at $ 400, which doesn’t buy a new iPhone, and begged me to buy one of his refurbished ones. No chance, moron. I would avoid this place and be mindful of similar businesses if you don’t want to void any possible warranty you might have on your iPhone.

I really wanted to leave a great review for this company because it started out great. Unfortunately, after replacing my screen, my power button no longer works. I called them right after I left, letting them know it wasn’t working (maybe 5 mins after I left) I told them I would return the following day because they were closing soon. I drove the 15 mins back to the store the very next day, only for them to try pressing the power button and then blame it on «water» damage. I have never had a problem with any of the buttons before giving them my phone. I just came to replace my screen because I dropped it. Everything was working perfectly fine. It is not a coincidence it stopped working once they replaced the screen. Now I cannot lock my screen or even turn off my phone. They want another $ 60 to replace the button, no discount offered, no apology just drive all the way out here and waste my time to tell me its not your fault.
