Dupage Medical Group

Let’s start w the good– the doctors are extremely nice but getting your self scheduled continues to be a big headache. The last 3 times going there they have had to send me to other locations w doctors I do not know more than 30 min away. Only to be told the cold has to run its course… Well it is a month later and my girls have been up regularly during the night coughing. I am trying to come to some conclusion only to be scheduled w doctors I don’t know and a feeling I am not important.
How many of u know the feeling of helplessness when ur child is sick and not sleeping?
Well this is not a priority for this medical group.

This is the SECOND TIME I have had an issue with this medical group and not being able to get me very simple, rudimentary things. I don’t know if I have been black listed or what but it is just impossible for me to get anything done with this group. I am now late with my requirements for medical school because you can’t get your act together. All I need is a very simple quantiferon blood test for TB. All I need is for the doctor to put the order in. I don’t even need an appointment. I don’t get it. I don’t understand why this is rocket science for this place. I tried to give it a chance and I just cannot deal with the awfulness any longer. If by some miracle I get the test before, I don’t know, my death, I’ll stay for that but there is literally nothing you can do that would prevent me from switching and also telling everyone I know how awful you are.

Had an appointment with physical therapy. Full disclosure I was 6 minutes late. I was taken in to fill out paperwork immediately then asked to wait. I waited for approximately 35 minutes. The whole time I heard them talking about their scheduling system being totally messed up for that day (over scheduled) one of their therapists got there late. The receptionist was then sent out now after 45 minutes to say that because I was late I threw off their schedule and they could try to get me in two hours later. If they are going to lie they should make sure you can’t overhear the other conversations.
