My sincere gratitude to everyone involved with the arrangements for our beautiful mother Ann Link. From the team that brought Mom from her home to Countryside to Ben who handled every detail of the service we were treated with great respect, warmth, professionalism and dignity.
Incredibly difficult circumstances were made somewhat, less so, because of the services provided.
Beautiful facilities, easy access and parking sufficient for our needs.
The poem read by Ben, after the wake, resonated with me. His demeanor was so warm and comforting that he again my this process easier on our family. I felt like he knew my Mom.
She looked peaceful and as beautiful as we’d hoped.

We lost our 36 year old son on December 1, 2013. These folks were superb. As he was found on the 4^th (3 days dead) we had to have a closed casket. Marcus C. Jaeger gave us cheap options and delivered a beautiful service eulogy as we were shocked and at a loss for a big funeral. We weren’t expecting the death of our oldest son so we opted for a short closed casket funeral at St. Michael’s Cemetary’s chapel. The words Mr. Jaeger spoke at our sons private funeral were very insightful, elequant and very comforting. He has a deep insight into human nature and the nature of the human soul. He also steered us away from the most expensive options that he knew we couldn’t afford. This person is honest and has a heart.
