Over charging 35 dollars for gel nails Work not satisfactory ….. y are they charging so high ?

Over rated . Charged me 32 dollars Pedicure not done properly and left with only scrubbing for a minute without looking at the feet if more scrub is required or not .

They always put three layers of the no chip on my nails, so it really never chips, no matter what. Moreover, it is very hard to take it off. The foot massage during the pedicure is great! In general it is really good mani-​pedi, just that (as already some of the reviewers mentioned), their staff is not very friendly and occasional smile would really help in overall experience.

Great service and fair prices. I’ve seen many of the nail technicians and they are all great. My favorite technicians are Sue and CiCi. They do a great job with no-​chip manis too. They can get busy, so I suggest calling ahead for an appointment — love this place.

I really should have written a review for this nail salon months ago. It was my «go to» place for no chips, pedicures, and even eyebrow waxes. The work is usually good. Need to work on customer service. Maybe smiling or at least acting like you appreciate your regular customers would go a long way!

After reading the reviews I decided to try Ann’s nails. The worst no chip I have ever had. Do not go here. My cuticles are a mess after one week and my nails are chipping. The manicurist talked on the phone while doing my nails. I wish I would have walked out like my gut told me before the polishing started

Best of the best mani-​pedi places in the vicinity! Every time I leave, I can’t wait until I come back. Went today for first Spring pedi and it was a treat to my feet! See ya socks!
I have had mani (A), pedi (A+) and eyebrows (A-​) done at Ann’s and always feel that they are kind, gentle and healthily done, with impeccable attention to the details (stray polish, etc). AWESOME leg massage (sometimes before AND after foot prep. All the ladies are great and Jimmy is fabulous!

This place is just awesome. I went here after a very very bad experience at Diva Nails in Schaumburg, the owner and nails techs were super rude and my nails looked horrible. Out of frustration after going to many salons, I did my research and found Ann’s in Bartlett. Wow!!. Place is clean, beautiful, quiet, yet busy and the staff are super friendly. Ann the owner took care of me and did an amazing job. I’ve never felt rushed, my no chips and pink and whites last forever. I can’t say anything but amazing reviews for this place. Go here! My nails always look great and I get constant compliments. Ive never been happier with my nails!

What was I thinking???
While in the burbs I needed a mani pedi. After reading Unilocal reviews in the area I was at, I decided that Ann’s Nails looked the best. Yeps… I should’ve drove the extra 15 minutes. The place is your typical strip mall nail salon. Nothing amazing or outstanding.
The chairs were massaging and they had tables on the arms of the chairs. Nice. The pedicure its self was pretty quick. The foot and leg massage was pretty good. Looking around I noticed I was the only client who had natural nails. This was a red flag for me. Having naturally long nails in nail salons where fake nails are common can be an issue. Most nail techs won’t cut my nails (they say too pretty) and for some reason always want to do a round nail shape. Keep in mind, if you’ve naturally long nails and type a lot, then you will want more of squoval or square nails. These two nail shapes have reinforces your nails naturally, nails do not break or chip as easy, and of course easier to take out your contacts. This is where all the trouble began.
When it was mani time, I told the nail tech squoval, described the shape, and showed her my nails. Instead she starts filing my nails into a round shape. So I stop her to tell her how I want it done and how to file it. She agrees and starts filing it round again. So again, I stopped her and clarified with her how I want the shape and if she understood. She said yes, starts filing but files it square but crooked. As a last a resort, I ask for the nail file, no way I am paying 45 bucks to have crooked nails, and begin filing. Her manager comes over and asks me what shape would I like. Keep in mind we’ve been playing this game for a good 15 – 20 minutes. So I tell her squoval; she nods and begins telling the nail tech how to file it properly. Manager leaves and my nail tech goes back to round shape. Gahhh… I asked for the file and I shaped and filed my own nails. Now I can understand why Foxxy Brown went bananas in the nail shop!
Needless to say, the paint job on my fingers were horrible. You could see the brush strokes and paint all around the sides outside of the nail. I think I’ve painted my own nails drunk before way better than this manicure.

They used to do a good job. Now you better have an appointment or they will turn you away on a Thursday Friday Saturday or Sunday. If you do get in expect shortcuts, painful cuticle treatment and a rush job. No chip will be thick and wavey. Plenty of other places nearby that do a better job. They’ve lost a good customer in me.

I’ve been here twice now, a pedicure both times this summer. Followed the reviews as I was trying to find somewhere new. This place is a nice treat. $ 26 for a pedicure. Chairs are decent. Both pedicures were nice. They have tons of magazines to pick from, along with a wall of colors. The people are nice, talkative if you want or quiet of you’re reading. There are tvs there, both times they had the new on which was kinda nice. There was NO pressure for any other service which I truly appreciate. I’ll definitely keep going back.

It was okay for a while until I had a bad experience, the lady doing my nails clipped me really bad and I started bleeding everywhere … she did nothing about it. needless to say I won’t be going back I have tried Morgan Christopher Salon and spa. they do amazing nails

I went here based on reviews and let me tell you what a disappointment it was. They are not friendly, they push you around like cattle. I got a full set put on and two days later it looks like I have a week of outgrowth. Very disappointed, please DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this chop shop.

This salon is amazing! Very clean, relaxing and friendly atmosphere! First time customer and definitely a repeat customer. Jimmy did a wonderful job. My pink and white nails are simply beautiful. My first visit was on a Saturday and considering how busy they were I never felt like things were being rushed to get to the next customer. I would suggest calling 15 to 20 minutes ahead of your arrival just so they expect you. But appointment or walk in you won’t be disappointed. See you soon Jimmy!

Ann’s nails saved a truly horrible job done on gel nails by another nail shop just a few minutes away. Nice clean shop. Busy but not rushed. The technician immediately recognized the sub-​par job previously done & suggested a fresh start. Here we are 2 ½ weeks later — happy, happy, happy! No lifting — still look good. I’ll be back for a fill this weekend.

Nothing else to say, other than you girls are wonderful!
Don’t worry about ONE person you cannot please. You will always have customer that will never be satisfied. Keep doing what you’re doing ladies! We are thankful you are here.

I went here based on the recommendations and all that I can say is they must be writing their own reviews. This was the worst pedicure and manicure I have ever received. They refused to cut my toes short as I asked (probably so that I would have to make more frequent visits) and I developed an ingrown toenail. On top of that my no chip manicured fingernails looked like I had «Bowling balls» on my fingertips! They painted it on so thick, it looked ridiculous. When I went in the next day, they were rude with me, and had the audacity to want to charge me to remove the polish. Then began speaking in their native tongue among each other about me. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE.

Came in for a quick eyebrow wax. Impressed with how clean they were and how friendly the staff was. I don’t live in the area, but drive by on the way to work. I would definitely go by again for nail treatments.

Love this place! The staff is nice and accommodating. The salon is clean and relaxing. Mia and Sue are the ladies that do my mom’s and my nails. We’ve come here every month for about a year now. We had previous hopped around to other local nail salons and just didn’t have any luck. This is our go to place!

First time here and the pedicure was AMAZING!!! Convenient location by CVS on 59 and Army Trail. Mya is very nice and does an amazing job! I’m so happy I read the reviews below and decided to try out Ann’s Nails for a pedi! I will be a regular customer now!!!

I recently joined the world of pedicures when a friend took me here, and i was hooked.
I even came back with my husband and made him get one too, and he dug it. It was also a fun and relaxing thing to do together.
The women are nice, and the place is very clean. They always do a great job and i keep going back.

Best nail place in Bartlett Area! Even after moving out of area, still go back to get my mani and pedis there. The owner Ann and her staff are friendly and professional. Very low turnover which is an indication that they are good. Work area is always super clean and sanitized. Everyone is genuinely nice and never try to sell you more services. They get really busy so it’s best to make an appointment. I’ve recommended so many people there and they are also regulars!
