Used to be a regular, however it’s not run very professionally. Appointments are made by text, personally with your beautician. instead of logged by phone. And it’s posted that they accept walk INS. They don’t. Well I never got a text back from my beautician one time(this happened quite a few times I had to text repeatedly) so I just gave up. I’ll not going to beg someone to take my money. Queen nails is far better skilled anyway. Bye split ends. Xx

After a few horrific experiences with other salons I was afraid to give another salon a chance. I am glad I did or I would have never come upon Split Endz. Regina always goes above and beyond to ensure I leave the salon 100% satisfied with my color and cut. The salon’s atmosphere is upbeat. Regina and rest of the team at Split Endz are friendly and make ones time in the salon go by fast. The salon was recently remodeled and is gorgeous inside. Thank you Regina and the rest of the team at Split Endz.

I have been going to Split Endz for nearly 10 years and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Regina and the whole staff! They are all VERY talented artists– great with color! They are always very accommodating and make you feel so welcome and at home! On top of that, they are so contentiously clean with their tools and with the entire shop– it’s always spotless and is so nicely decorated, especially since their remodel! I look forward to my appointments and always receive compliments on my(very difficult to work with) hair and the color and am always quick to recommend any stylist at Split Endz!

I can’t even begin to describe the nightmare that I went through with this place. I have, well had. very long thick amazing dark brown hair. I wanted something a little different, so I went for a dark burgundy & a trim. Now I don’t get my hair done at salons I usually just boxed dye and that’s the extent of my knowledge for hair. I went in and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was all for it, talked me in to a burgundy with some red tint, which sounded great! I was excited. So first, she bleached my hair. Then she mixed some colors and started adding it to my now bleach blonde hair, as soon as I seen the color touch my scalp I told her it was too bright. She stopped and added more of the darker color and started again, reassuring me that it would darken the longer it sat so I believed her(my fault) of course after the bleach she had to trim my hair which was fine I was due for one anyways. I’m fairly certain I could have cut my own hair better but that’s besides the point. after spending 6.yes.SIXHOURS at the salon and 200 $ my hair was BRIGHTMAGENTA with purple accents. I couldn’t stress enough about how unhappy I was with this and she told me that her manager was gone for the day and there wasn’t anything she could do, she was closing the shop. So I followed up first thing on that following morning, and every morning for that whole week trying to speak with a manager, I left messages in person and via telephone, they refused to do anything about my hair. Whatever she used was very permanent because the only way to get rid of the color was to bleach it again, 2 times in a week. yeah I’m still nursing my once beautiful, but now like broom bristles hair back to health. After a total cost of 380 $ my hair color was normal but my hair is destroyed. Thanks lady. Oh. this was a couple months ago and I still haven’t heard back from the manager who was supposed to call me the next day.
