I was very disappointed with this company. Throughout the project, which began in June 2014,(which is still not complete) there were issues. The project manager promised to repair & repaint the trim around the garage door, spray paint the flashing to blend into the roof & touch up the door moulding paint. In the fall I even sent an email to the owner regarding my concerns who set me up with another employee to complete the project who then said that he couldn’t complete it unless I paid more money. I would not agree and then winter came. (Oh, did I mention that when I had inquired about siding he told me to buy the materials from Menard’s and hire a crew working in the neighborhood.) Not interested in doing any more business with them & just want them to finish now that it’s spring 2015.

Great contractor. Very honest. Problem was fixed immediately with $ 750 savings. Recommend.

Within one week of having our hail damage claim approved by State Farm our new roof was installed. The results are spectacular and we especially appreciated the excellent communication with Mike, our contractor.
Mike was honest and thorough with his explanation of the claim process and our chances for approval. On short notice he was present during State Farm’s inspection. Once we received the go ahead, he handled all the paperwork. No deposit was required and the entire process was painless.
The construction team finished the work in one day and cleaned up the yard. We are very pleased with the new roof and the superb customer service. I highly recommend R. Celeste Construction.
