Domino’s Pizza

I’m very happy with this Domino’s location, I’ve been to this shop many times and will continue to be a customer. It’s close to home so I always pick up my family’s dinner.

It’s Domino’s. It’s gross. But, they deliver. I order pies from here for work a couple times a year, and everyone always says how bad it is. Next time, I’ll try and find a local pizza joint that delivers.

I would give 4 stars for just the delivery drivers. They are always fast and ahead of time… But then comes the food.
Embarrassingly enough, Domino’s now has their pizza «artisans» SIGNING the boxes of the pizza they made. I guess they want you to know exactly who is responsible for your disappointment. We tried the «spinach/​feta» and it came on a thin, cardboard crust, with about 5 pieces of baby spinach, total, but plenty of onions. I don’t expect a food stylist to prepare our meal, but come on, put some damn spinach on the thing.
I am aware that Domino’s has a «love it» guarantee, so I went on the website to complain about our «onion» pizza (you have to use the «order tracker» link). About an hour later, we received a call from the manager. He apologized about the food, then ADMITTED that he saw our pizza go out, and KNEW there wasn’t enough toppings, but let it go out regardless. I had also noted that the wings were «drowning in bbq sauce», but that issue was not addressed (he spoke to my husband). So the «money back» guarantee doesn’t really exist, but you will receive credit for another crappy pizza and 2 free lava crunch cakes.
