Starbucks

My occasional go-​to place for an early morning hot chocolate fix. The staff are very friendly and the service is consistently good. I am not a big fan of the «Starbucks» prices, but 5 stars for the service at this location.

This Starbucks is still really great to me. A tip for getting a larger Starbucks Refresher drink at all Starbucks, ask for a «Trenta sized» cup, Trenta is the largest sized cup available for the Starbucks Refresher line of drinks.

Great people at this starbucks, they really have personality and try to remember the people that come in day after day. I didn’t realize how much I loved this starbucks until I switched jobs and stopped being able to make it to this location.

I was not happy with this location at all… Having been to a hundred different Starbucks I never really have any issue with any Starbucks with my experience.
However this one was just rubbing me the wrong way. When you walk in its very cult like and cold… No one says hello, no one really acknowledges that you have even walked through the door! So as I walked up to the counter with my boyfriend a lady with bright, off putting purple like hair greeted me. With a «what can I get you» attitude. So I asked if they had the gingerbread flavoring in yet for the holidays. She simply replied with «nope» and said what can I get you anyways…
So realizing her attitude I proceeded to ask questions as to when the flavor would be released for the holidays. She gave me a snide remark along the lines of «I don’t know, when the holidays come around.» I was done with her attitude. So I politely spit out my order a pumpkin spice latte with soy milk. She asked if I wanted whipped cream I said no I have a lactose irritant and I went on to pay for my drink. When I received my coffee I didn’t check it I just left the snuffy atmosphere and wanted to vacate as quickly as possible. As I started to drive I realized they put whipped cream on my coffee. I didn’t have my lactose pills on me so that was a six dollar latte that had to go into the trash! Two thumbs down to this location, never again!

I really wish there was a Dunkin Donuts here. There .,…I said it.
Its an OK place for a Starbucks. But the coffee is bitter. It’s not just this Starbucks… its just Starbucks in general. This Starbucks is wonderful. and as long as I get a caramel Frappuccino or some other kind of foofy drink its good. Yes I am a Dunkin Donuts fan. Lol

There are tons of students .so it may be tough during high traffic times to snag a table but I generally luck out. Great study spot.

I go to this location every now and then. I have tried their orange mango smoothie, mocha frappuccino, and muffins. Everything has been good so far. Location is convenient and staff was friendly enough.

i live in this place, my only complaint is they;ve gotten rid of the little comfortable seating they have

I’m not to crazy about my neighborhood Starbucks anymore. I’m a black male that’s been going to this Starbucks since 2007 but I’m finding the new manager Hillary not too «black man «friendly. I have twice been in the line waiting and waiting for service. Hillary has been very friendly both time to the white guys in front of me with «good morning «or simple «hello» but not when it came to me and I’ve watched her interaction with other black men it’s nothing. Hillary as the leader should show that she’s more approachable, smile and treat all her customers the same. Not very happy with my neighborhood Starbucks too much anymore. Always great place to stop for a refreshing drink. I actually love this chai tea but I know I need to cut back a lot. It’s a nice day for chai tea everyday. So get your cup of Tevana Chai Tea today and enjoy!

As long as Billy is working, you can order a latte and get to work on time. There are a couple of other great baristas as well.
I go for a venti cap unsweetened… They give just the right amount of foam.

Location is great for Hopkins students. Staff is always friendly and if any problems arise, they always take care of them right away.
Bought the Medium Guatemala Antigua coffee beans. Just tried it at home… Delicious blend. Also, if you get two coffee bags, you get a 3^rd one for free!

This was my first time at this particular location. I love Starbucks but, I was not impressed. The drinks I ordered just did not do it for me. I am use to going to a different location and they seem to make everything just right in the other location. I would think they are pretty use to perfection in the location they are in but, I guess college kids are not looking for perfection they are just looking for something to keep them woke. I will pass on this location next time.

The drinks are consistent and deeelicious! Just make sure you give yourself a bit more time than you think you’ll need, because they take their time here making your drinks. They do speed it up quite a bit during the 2 for 1 holiday drink specials time though…

Big fan– Well, I am asian, and my mother language is not English, so please be nice when I hesitate what to order. Minus one star.

I love this Starbucks. In the the heart of Charles Village, near the Johns Hopkins University Campus. The staff here are friendly and professional.
I frequent this Starbucks when I want to get away from home or my office to get work done. It’s easier with a nice hot latte or a cup of coffee. This Starbucks is in a great area, the neighborhood is clean and the atmosphere is warm.

I didn’t want to like this place, just because I generally prefer to go to a non-​chain coffee shop, but I’ve been very impressed with the service here for the most part. The baristas are very friendly and less aloof than other Starbucks I’ve been too.
Once, a customer ahead of me in line got something he did not order, made a bit of a stink about it, but left with his wrong drink and went to Chipotle down the street, where I was meeting some one, coincidentally. Not two minutes later, the manager came over with free drinks for him and his wife. I gotta say, that’s good customer service!

Right in the heart of Baltimore’s Charles Village, this is a great spot for a Sarbucks. The block has gotten a much needed facelift and the street is lined with trendy little stores and eateries.
This particular Starbucks has the nicest staff around! Oh, and don’t leave without checking out the bulletin board for upcoming local Baltimore events.
