These people lied to my face.
I rented a unit and told them over the next month or two I would be moving across country. I asked, before i signed the contract, if it would be alright for a pod to be put on their property for one day so i could load and get my stuff moved.
When I went in and asked where I should have them put the pod they told me ‘I absolutely can not, not under any circumstances, have a pod on their property’. I had to rent a u-haul that day and move my shit across town to the moving terminal.

I recently rented from Public Storage currently and in the pas. And I must say the customer service was Excellent! bar none. Gary and the staff there did a great job explaining everything about the property and unit. I would refer this property to anyone looking to move

I was very pleased with my experience. Joe was the rep we worked with and he was great. Provided solid guidance and was easy to deal with. We opted for the additional insurance, but he wasn’t pushy at all. Just what you want as a client. Know the fact and make your own decision. Thanks to the team at Public Storage… especially Joe!
