So far I have pleased with this storage facility. The space provided is clean and I have not had any issues with my belongings. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. I will of course update if any problems arise.

Rich is really amazing at what he does… Not only was he nice and professional, but he is really relatable too. He took the extra few seconds to make sure that I understood the process and how it would work for my specific situation– considering my move in date was in the middle of the month– which was necessary for me and very appreciated! Move in was painless and I’ve seen him a few times since move in… He always makes sure I know he’s there to help with anything I need and he really cares about the property and his customers. Best storage experience I’ve ever had and hands down the BEST customer service I’ve had in a long time, if not ever! Someone get this man a fruit basket and some vacation days please!!!
