Patterson Park Laundry and Dry Cleaners

Excellent customer service and the prices are reasonable. The gentleman that works there is very friendly and even texts me when my dry cleaning and alterations are ready. Highly recommend Patterson Park Laundry!

I will admit that I was incredibly skeptical when I first came here. It’s just north of the park, and from the outside it doesn’t have nice curb appeal. When I walked in I only saw washers and dryers, and I wasn’t sure if it was even a dry cleaning place. Louis, the owner, saw my dry cleaning in hand and asked me if I was there for dry cleaning.
From here everything was great. They send out their dry cleaning, but the prices and customer service are amazing. Louis offered to deliver my clothes to me once everything returned. He’s extremely friendly, remembering my name after meeting me just once. Don’t judge this book by it’s cover because they definitely came through for me, and I have brought multiple suits to them.

The jury is out. I’ve taken my boyfriend’s clothing here twice now and after taking home the first batch he determined that there was a burn on one of the pants– they melted them. He brought back the pants and it turns out that this location sends them out to be dry cleaned. We’ll see what the third party does about the pants. Everything else seems fine thus far. The prices certainly can’t be beat.

Fabulously local with great service! We entrusted a king size quilt, a winter coat, and a fancy dress to this place and all were cleaned perfectly and returned TO MY DOOR at a ridiculously low price. I will not go anywhere else! Thrilled to have this wonderful business in my neighborhood! I even love the artwork on the building! I only wish I had more drycleaning to bring by. I need to give in to wash and fold!

Have been here twice and has been great service. Louis is super nice and I appreciate that his shop is a 100% locally run business. When I first came in, he gave me his business card with his cell on it which he has always been available on — how personal and generous! He has even offered a discount to Patterson Park residents and has offered to deliver the clothes. I have had on old roommate received delivery, but I have always picked up since I drive by after work. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!!!

Our dryer is out of commission so after letting the laundry pile up for weeks I decided to take it all to the laundry mat. I checked Unilocal and found this place. It had pretty good reviews, but I really chose it for the free dryer advertisement on Monday & Wednesday.
It’s a nice clean and easy coin laundry with cute anorindock chairs outside and CNN playing inside on the television. Plenty of baskets to wheel your laundry around and you can buy detergent here if you forgot it.
My only issue was quickly resolved. A washer and dryer both ate my money. (Which was most likely my fault… I haven’t been to a laundry mat in years so I’m a little dusty with my skills). There was no attendant but a sign saying «back in fifteen» and a phone number. I called, left a message. And almost as soon as I hung up I was greeted by the owner. A very nice gentleman who reimbursed my money. He also let me know they offer pick up dry cleaning which is an awesome service.
I would recommend this place for sure. It’s a hidden gem, for sure.

First time doing dry cleaning at this place since I arrived in Baltimore. When it comes down to pick up my dress shirts the owner has a sign that says «be back in 15 mins and if anything call me at this number». We have been waiting for over an hour and he still hasn’t come back. Not only that the number he posted keeps on going to voicemail.
This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable and not everyone has 30 mins to spare let along one hour. I need those dress shirts for work tomorrow. Probably will never come back for it again. What’s more unbelievably was that he finally texted back and said «I was in a bad area with no reception picking up my kid from lacrosse in townson». I’m sorry am I a customer or am I not? You can’t just leave your store unattended when it’s clearly working hours and expect people to buy your excuses.
Worse happened next day he promised to deliver at 8:30am but instead he tells me he doesn’t have my shirts at 9am… So here I am panicking and really hope they didn’t lose my clothes he goes to the dry cleaning to find it. Long story short he delivered at 10 almost 2 hours after when he promised. What if I was busy then? Did I have two hours to spare? Even if the next dry cleaning is on you I won’t come back. The service is ridiculous and just beyond comprehension.

Great local spot for dry cleaning. Everyone here is super friendly. They seem to truly care about quality and building customer relationships.

First time here. Clean and in good repair. Louis provides a friendly atmosphere to do your laundry plus dry cleaning and wash and fold. This will be my go to spot for laundry needs from now on.
