I am a Panera customer for life and I don’t go to this location often but it’s a really nice, hidden one. The Canton area is really growing in terms of businesses and I love how convenient this Panera is now when there for other errands. I really try to avoid fast food like the plague and Panera makes such easier. They have a variety of fresh café foods and baked goods which are constantly tasty. I appreciate how they add new things to the menu by keep the tried and true items. I love those broccoli and cheddar soup as well as the chicken noodle soup and just about all their sandwiches. I like being a member of the rewards program because you get free stuff like the yummy scone I picked up during this visit. I will be back, back and back again. This location is defiantly up to par with the rest of the lovely locations.

Great food, fresh bread, and great service. Four stars because of parking and it was cold in there. 4 ½ but I’ll give it a four. Lemons always stocked

I like Panera. Customer service is good and this place is clean. They have a good iced chai latte(better than Starbuck’s in my opinion) I also like how the tell you when you have a reward from using your mypanera card. I don’t like seating setup its too close other tables. I usually receive prompt service… I’ll be back.

Typically I don’t give Panera anything above three stars but because I have become somewhat of a regular at this location they seam to recognize me and take good care of me. So it has been elevated to four star service. I have stopped by this location several times and service is always timely. They always take care of me as a repeat customer.

I came here to do some work while I needed to kill some time. It’s the breakfast hour and this place is a hot mess. Does anyone know what they are supposed to be doing? There is mass confusion from the time they take your order to the time they prepare your food. The whole idea of Panera is how efficient the place is. Not this one! The only person who appears to be busy and self-directed is a guy with a name tag on that says Joe. He’s zipping around here doing a little bit of everything. I’m glad I don’t live around here and this isn’t my local Panera.

Love Panera and their salads, great after workout meal. The lady they rung up my order was very helpful, by letting me know that a salad I love was still available even thought it wasn’t listed on the menu. I ended up going with the strawberry poppy chicken salad! Yummy sooo good and good for you! The down side the floor was a little sticky and they didn’t have the buzzers that rang when your order was ready. You had to listen for your number to be called. Otherwise it was a good choice.

Love the atmosphere and the service is good. The Boston Street location and the building are very cool and they keep it clean.

This place is clean, has both a parking lot and street parking, a fireplace, and free wifi. They also don’t seem to care if you sit here and work all day, which is what I ended up doing. Plus the soups are great and won’t break the study food budget. What more could you want?

I love Panera! This location used to be my spot when it was my turn to bring food for my former employer’s Donut Friday. Plenty of parking. But it takes forever to get out of the lot if you’re making a left hand turn.

Typical Panera Bread. Decently priced, good food. The best thing about this place is the online express ordering. Place your order, specify the time, and pick up your food without talking to anyone.

Hadn’t been here in a while and realized they made some good looking changes towards their menu. The atmosphere and location of this Canton Panera is great and they still seem to be doing really well with all of the new places across the street at Canton Crossing. I tried the new Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread. Really it had me at «napa cabbage»…the flavors were a mixture of Greek and Indian and Deliciousness. Also got the French Onion soup to go, but was missing the cheese and croutons so that was disapointing. The food came out REALLY fast, but I guess that’s why the toppings were left out.

Pros: –Great location in Canton across from canton Crossing with a 1 and 2 hour parking lot –this is one of the largest Paneras I’ve ever seen. I doubt I’ll ever have to wait for a table! Cons: –the wireless is so slow my outlook wouldn’t load, only good for surfing online –30 min wireless limit during peak hours –whoever noted that the soup is always cold, you r right. The soup was lukewarm at best! No one wants cold soup on a cold day! –There is no one wiping down tables, so most empty tables are unfortunately dirty Overall: There are a lot of improvement this Panera could work on. SLOWESTWIFIEVER.

I usually enjoy Panera establishments and find their venues to be efficient, clean, and a great place to meet friends or study. However, after 3+ visits to this site over the past year, I have left disappointed each time. Although the location is convenient, there are a few issues that need to be fixed to enhance customer satisfaction: 1) Tables/booths are frequently left dirty for long periods of time and thus limits the seating options, particularly during busy times of the day. 2) Each time I have ordered(always the pick 2 consisting of ½ sandwich and a cup of soup), I have ended up waiting for one item so long that either my soup or my sandwich ends up being luke-warm/cold. The quality/taste of of the food is good; however, the service was unfortunately not up to my expectations. 3) Many of the tables/booths do not have access to outlets which makes charging a computer difficult. Positives about this location: 1) Parking is easy– there are plenty of parking spots in the lot outside the restaurant. The parking spots are labeled«2 hour parking»; however, I am unsure if the lot is patrolled for compliance with this posted parking time limit. 2) The pastries and bagels are always a nice treat and the bottomless coffee is a great option while studying. Overall: good food but not served warm, disappointing service and cleanliness during my visits, easy parking, convenient location.

This is a pretty darn good interior for being a chain, seriously. Too bad the food itself is only okay. This particular Panera is built into a vintage building, but is ridiculously spacey, making it an awesome study or lunch spot. The place is also impeccably clean, which is nice. The food itself is okay. The baked goods tend to be a bit on the dry side in the afternoon, which is understandable but not tasty. The coffee is pretty good, but not stellar. I’d definitely tolerate it for the location, though.

Be warned: this location is strictly for grabbing a bite or a sip — NOT a place for studying or working through a meal. Came here early(9am — 11am) on a Sunday morning and although the place was barely at 20% capacity, wifi dropped every 3 – 5 minutes, like clockwork. When logging on to the wifi network, the user is warned that sessions will be limited to 30 minutes during peak hours(11am — 2pm). Well, 3 minutes is a far cry from 30, and 9am a far cry from noon! Completely frustrating to have trekked out to this location only to have to turn around after a totally annoying experience. pros: 1 and 2 hr parking in a lot. decent coffee. cute plaza development. cons: NOFUNCTIONALWIFI. period.

This trip in I circled the dining area and noticed that there are actually a good many power outlets scattered around. However, the wifi in here is barely moving which sucks. I am in here at lunch time and the speed is drastically different from when I came in for breakfast. Definitely no way to get work done at this pace.

Panera literally manages to mess up our order every single time. I am positive I am speaking very clearly when I order but without fail, our order is incorrect every time. What is the point of ordering ahead of time if they have to remake my order? I am done with this place. Hire people who actually care to work there and Ill return. Hoping there is something better being put in across the street that takes away their business.

Panera is Panera, but at least this joint is clean and has relatively plenty of seating. Parking is easy, but I usually just walk since I’m currently only a few blocks away. Service is amiable and accommodating. Even when it’s closing time and I still need to finish some work or studying, the staff is nice and occasionally allows me to stay a bit longer. Food is the standard Panera. If you’ve been to one before, the menu will seem familiar to you. They serve a variety of paninis, soups, and salads, and offer the half and half option as well. Best yet, is that there are a good number of plugs all around so that you won’t have to beg someone else to share an outlet with you so that your laptop won’t die.

Love Panera, and this is one of the best i’ve been to… here’s why: — Easy easy easy parking — Great outdoor seating when the weather is nice — always friendly staff — LAYOUT is really inviting, lots of nooks, walls, tables, seats. — there’s even a fireplace that really nice in the winter — wifi is fast and reliable, and lots of outlets: GREAT Place to Study AND of Course, panera’s food is awesome in every way.

During my visit I stopped in for a simple hot drink. Asking about their chai latte I was told the drink came premade and was unable to select the milk for the drink. This ended up bring pure BS and the cashier just didn’t want to tell the barista I wanted it with something other than 2%. I asked the barista if it could be changed, he told me yes, and kindly remade the drink. Normal Panera bread interior, this location its on the larger side. Parking can be a night mare for lunch rush! 2 stars.
