Had Concrete countertops installed in kitchen in 2010. Also had a beautiful concrete sink made. They do beautiful work. 2012 had damage to countertops done by renters. Initial difficulty getting in touch with Lukeworks. They were behind in a very large job and did not respond to inquiries quickly — this is the difficulty of doing business with a small business that in this case was overloaded. When they finally came out to repair the countertops, again beautiful work. I would give the 5 stars if not for the delay. In general very professional and good quality work.

Had a concrete vanity made by Lukeworks in late 2010. Overall a very nice job. Went back to them last year for built-in closets and a bed frame. One of the drawers didn’t work properly. I let it sit because they were supposed to come back to finish the work and install a matching door once other work was done. I subsequently discovered that a closet door that had not initially been installed(the space was to be used as a desk until the second closet was needed) didn’t close. No big deal. Got in touch for them to come down to fix it. Had a baby on the way so needed all the storage I could get, hoped they could get down before the due date, which was six weeks hence. That was nearly four months ago. After the first several emails and calls went unanswered I finally got a response asking for the make and model of hardware they installed, which I sent. More crickets. Three weeks and several more emails and calls later I get a note: «I will schedule a date for us to come and repair. We can get a replacement part for those slides and adjust the door.» That was mid-July. I’m hoping my experience isn’t typical but I’d be wary of the follow-through from Luke Works. Custom work nearly always requires follow-up; sometimes things don’t turn out right in the first instance. For custom work prices you should get a company that is responsive and stands behind their work.
