LF Autos

Terrible. Would not recommend LF Autos to anyone. They were rude. After about a month I began having many problems with the vehicle. Scam artist. Car had been in several accidents but they told me that it wasn’t. A body shop told me that the front and rear bumper had been replaced before. I’ve only had the car for 7 months and I am ready to trade it in already.

If you’re reading this then you’re thinking about buying a car from LF. Here’s my experience. The true test of a company isn’t how it goes when everything goes right… but when something goes wrong. We purchased a 2008 Passat from LF. Gorgeous car that made my wife giggle with joy when she stepped on the gas. We dealt with Nick for the sale. We didn’t do much haggling as the price on the car was well under book value. He did allow us to run the car over to our mechanic (who mentioned they got a misfire code from the computer, but it was otherwise in great shape). LF did put two new tires on the car as that was one of wife’s concerns.
Unfortunately the dreaded «Check Engine Light» came on a short while after leaving the lot. Dmitri (the other partner) took the car back and sent it to their mechanic. Turns out it was a hard to diagnose bug. It took them 3 days to find it, but they did and fixed it. They also gave us an extra warranty just to thank us.
All in all, a great outcome of a potentially tricky situation. IN A NUTSHELL: Yes, we would recommend LF to friends and family. Yes we would gladly do business with them again. And we love the car. Not sure what else you can say.
P. S. One other thing… and this just may be me (and silly)…but years of James Bond movies have trained my ear to think anyone with an Eastern European accent is going to try and kidnap the UN or use a death ray to destroy the moon. Both these guys have slight accents. Don’t let the accent fool you. They are both really nice guys. In the week or so that we’ve dealt with them, I’ve found them both accountable and trustworthy.

Dino and George were great. Their services were much cheaper than the dealer and they did much more work than the Honda Dealer Proposed.

I almost bought a car from here on Saturday. We negotiated the deal and were down to financing but they could only offer me high interest rate even though I have really good credit — they said that it’s because they only offering financing from one place. Needless to say I left and didn’t buy a car from them. On top of all this, the sales team was really sketchy and I didn’t trust them as far as I could throw them.
