Eyeglass wearer but put contacts in for a friends wedding and have a terrible eye phobia. After 2 days of poking around in my eyes and not being able to get them out, I went in to see Dr. Levin. I felt like a total idiot coming in because I couldn’t get my own contacts out, but Dr. Levin was so sweet and told me it «happens all the time», which I’m sure isn’t true — but made me feel much better. He even offered to have me come in again and go through putting them in and taking them out so I could learn how to do it correctly. It’s obvious he really cares about his patients.

Awesome. Dr. Levin himself examined my eyes and told me exactly what was going on specifically with them. I had been on a perpetual cycle with Pearle/America’s Best type places that don’t really work with you to tell you what you need. I was helped in selecting a frame that would be covered by my insurance, instead of being told to just pick one and charged through the roof. They also were able to fit my frames to my face right after I tried them on with the lenses.
Great customer service. I would highly recommend.
