Have to say that going to Koons was a great decision. Dennis, the shop manager, made sure to order all of the needed parts ahead of time, so my car was only there for a few days. The work done was excellent. Looks factory new! I was even able to just drop off my rental car at their shop & pick up my car when it was ready. Things couldn’t have gone better (unless I hadn’t been rear-​ended in the first place.) ;-)
