I came in with a broken, tempered-glass screen protector on my iPhone 6. I called in advance and they quoted 15 over the phone to both take off the broken one and to put the new one on. I was flabbergasted! So cheap and so nice! I went in and it was super quick, painless, and the dude really wanted to make sure I was happy. He was ridiculously meticulous, which is an awesome thing when you’re putting on a screen cover. There wasn’t a single speck of dust by the time he finished cleaning. He asked me if I was happy with it before he put on the new cover. He could not have been nicer or more respectful. Awesome experience that I just wanted to document and counteract their bad review. I had a very different experience than the other. Thanks Howard Street!

My wife dropped her phone, and we ordered the replacement screen from here, prepaying the amount in full. We were assured that it would be in on Wednesday, it was not, but we were told the mail had not come yet. Then we called Thursday, and it was still not there, and they said to call back Friday. We call back Friday, and they are unsure as to when it’s coming in, but did not seem inclined to try and actually figure out what is going on. After we pressed them for a better explanation, they admitted that it was not on it’s way in after all– their supplier had it back-ordered, and that they don’t know when they could get the part. Total waste of time. They had ample opportunity to inform us about the delay, and through either duplicity or incompetence, never did.
