Friendly staff, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Spitting distance to Camden yards and the steak salad was amazingly delicious. We went before and after the game. Bar area was full so they seated us in the dining room by ourselves and turned on the big screen so my son could watch the game. Total bonus points!!! It was clean and didn’t smell like stale beer and vomit like the other two places we passed.(Sliders and Pickle Pub). The wings were quite tasty and saucy with bbq. Brownie sundae topped off the evening.

The best BLT I’ve ever had. I have to start my review with that. I’d just gotten off a plane to Chicago and I was starving. I wanted something close to the convention center that wasn’t too expensive. Frank and Nic’s hit the spot. The BLT was huge and contained fried tomatoes, hardboiled eggs and avocado. It really should be called a Cobb Salad Sandwich. It was delicious and filling after being crammed on a plane in front of two screaming kids. The people with me ordered the tomato bisque and the pork belly tacos and really enjoyed them. Everything on the menu looked good. It does kind of feel like you’re eating in a hotel lobby but the food was good and I wish I’d been able to go back again and try something else on the menu.

Frank and Nic’s is great place to grab lunch or a few drinks. They have a huge menu featuring everything from grilled cheese to crab cakes. My personal favorite is their BALT sandwich which I always get sans bacon. This sandwich features fried tomatoes, avocado, mozzarella, and lettuce. It satisfies every time. They also have amazing onion rings– the order is so large be sure to share them with friends. This place is close to my work so we go there for lunch. Sometimes the service can be slow so avoid this place if you are in a rush. They also tend to get very busy if there is a convention in town.

This place is great and should be a hell of a lot busier. I had the Red Thai Muscles and to be honest, the only time I have had a better muscle plate eat Fra Diavla {sic} when I was stationed in Italy.

Good location with decent space, but average food for a pretty penny.

Popped in here for a bite because i arrived at my hotel a tad to early to check in, so rather than sit around the hotel, opted to have a later lunch and skip dinner. The staff is extremley friendly and welcoming. I wanted to be able to plug-in and work while there so was directed to the bar for that fantastic pugs under the bar top. Because of the odd hour, having missed the lunch crowd — there were few people in the restaurant. I opted for a special on the daily menu — short ribs over cheddar mashed potatoes with broccolini. The ribs had not been heated and were still cold from the fridge — i sent them back to be warmed and i have to say while not the best short ribs i have had — for a $ 16 entrée at a sports bar — they hit it out of the park. The only thing i would say is that the service was a tad slow — but his could be to the fact that it was an odd hour and the bartender was servicing the bar as well as the few tables. She was well suited for this job — made every patron feel welcome and i would come back. Great beer list on tap, and good amount of by the bottle. I am sure that this place is packed to the walls during game days, its a reasonable cost for what you get and there is a good effort made to be sure you leave happy.

A great stop in a good location. Grilled Salmon tacos were delicious, and everyone in the place was super friendly. Service was awesome. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop back here.

This place is close to home, and has a varied menu. It is close to the stadium, so on a Ravens or Oriels game day… they have the outside of three or four bars in a row gated off, so people can mill between bars, and still remain«in» the bars. My wife had shrimp tacos, and the shrimp were nice sized and prepared with a little sriracha sauce with some kick. Fresh ingredients, and for seafood… the east coast can not be beat.(because we have Maryland Blue Crab!) Jake had buffalo chicken wrap. He said it was ok. I had the Thai steamed mussels. Before I begin, the one thing I dislike about mussels is some have a gritty or less than desirable flavor. All of my mussels had the perfect flavor, and were simmering in a Thai red sauce that was spiced to a good high medium on the fire scale. Every mussel was done well, and tasty. Our server was attentive with the exception of one water refill, but he caught it… A great place to get some lunch, a beer, some wine, some dinner, and enjoy the beautiful city. We will be back at some point… and I look forward to it.

Chicken tenders appetizer and crab cake sandwich were very good. Fries were excellent. Homemade sangria was refreshing. Friendly service.

Great place to go before an O’s game. Less crowded and sleazy than Pickles and Sliders but a bit more expensive. I’d like to give a special shout out to the security guard working. Brought our dog a bucket of water and chased out homeless drunks who were harrassing patrons. This seems normal but in downtown Bmore this stuff is rampant.

My group attended lunch here before an Oriole’s game post-riots. They cleaned up and replaced glass that was shattered by the locals. We ate in the bar area and enjoyed the atmosphere and televisions. Food was delicious– we had the pulled pork sandwich, a daily fish taco specialty, a burger and a chicken sandwich. If they had better quality servers this would have been a five star review. Our group did not care for the lack of attention from our server, nor her various tattoos and piercings(not to mention pink hair).

Pre game Orioles festivities on Memorial Day here was unbelievable amazing! The weather was cooperative so we decided to sit outside and order a couple of blue moons along with buffalo chicken salad plus chicken tender with fries. Very delicious and they served just the right amount before heading to the game. They had a good selection of music and games you can keep yourself entertained by outside as well. Very convenient since they are one block or less from Camden Yard in case you are planning on seeing the game. Our waitress was a sweetheart and she treated us well. Excellent customer services! I had a lovely time here!

Pre-game Orioles game dinner on a Monday. $ 12 for mussels(20 small muscles) $ 18 for 20 wings, good deal, but all 20 had to be same flavor. Kinda sucked, but waitress gave us hot sauce on side. $ 13 each for pork belly tacos(3) and flank steak tacos(3). Very small considering each taco was more than $ 4 each. Would have been better off with hotdogs and beer for the $ 77 it cost for 4 of us sharing(with Tip). Decent food, nice staff, good service, but not much perception of value found here. Will probably not come back to eat, but nice atmosphere

Love going here after work or even getting takeout. Their BLT is amazing! Fried red tomato, avocado and cheese on this classic sandwich!

I travel for work, sometimes in excess of a week at a time, so finding a reasonably priced place with good food is a necessity. This place has been a great find. They have fantastic daily specials and the staff has been friendly and attentive on each visit. Tonight I had their bistro filet off the daily specials and I was impressed. The steak was perfectly cooked. Possibly more impressive were the perfectly cooked vegetables. Not mushy. Still had a bite. Wonderfully seasoned. And on top of that, some delicious garlic mashed potatoes. Winner!!!

This place was within walking distance of our hotel and right across the street from Camden Yards. The food came pretty quick. Crab dip was decent but would have been better if it was served with crunchy toasts rounds instead of a soft bread loaf. The burgers were alright not bad but not great either. The service is where this place fell short. We sat in the bar area which isn’t that big, you can pretty much see everything and everyone who is seated there. The problem with that is we were able to see our waiter pretty much chilling with the group behind us, laughing it up and having drinks… We had to have another waitress take our order. The service pretty much sucks. We watched an older couple get up from their table and walk up to the bar to ask for their check. Then they had to walk back up to get them to run the credit card because the waiter never went to the table to collect the bill. I’m from the area and probably won’t be back to Frank & Nic’s.

Nice classy place if you want to stay away from Pickles. Got the buffalo chicken wrap and it was ok. I wouldn’t get it again The salads are delicious. Pretty pricey. Unless I want something classy I would rather go to pickles for the same if not better food.

I decided on this place as it was literally across the street from the Hilton I was staying at. I arrived around 8:30 so I didn’t have any of the service issues I saw in other reviews. In fact the service I did get was really good. After looking over the menu I had no idea what I wanted. The server suggested the BLT so I went with that. I really wanted a crabcake, but only saw a sandwich. I asked if I could get one served as an appetizer. Turns out for $ 10 it was the best crabcake I’ve had on this trip! If I came back I would order two and a side salad and be perfectly happy to give them a little over $ 30 after tip. The BLT was good for $ 9.95. It had fried tomatoes, avocado, and fresh mozzarella. It was a kicked up BLT for sure. The bacon was decent as the one piece was a little less than done or at least not done enough to my liking. It made it a little too fatty. The chips that accompanied the sandwich were good, but a dipping sauce like BBQ would have been welcomed. This place had a nice vibe and I would return if I’m in the area again.

Stopped in for a beer while I waited for my guy. The place was somewhat empty for a game night. I decided to order a Natty Boh since I’ve seen it everywhere and never tried it The bartender was almost bothered by my selection, since Baltimore has better local beers. I know, I’ve been trying them all. After my beer, there wasn’t enough to keep me there. I couldn’t wait to get out and find a new place to meet up with my guy.
