Rita St. Clair designed and contracted the complete interior renovations of our 3 condominium buildings. Our aged interiors begged for new life and sales were slow. RSC was one of 8 firms invited to consider the project. Most declined to work for condominiums based upon their experience. Thankfully our board agreed to commission the project design and not engage in «design by committee» struggle (that’s what we had before). RSC presented a fresh welcoming design and included complete contract management and coordination with residents. Everyone was apprehensive of course. The project went very well with minimal disruption. Our new lobbies are just lovely. Our new LED lighting looks terrific and saves us money. I think we chose the best company to design our interiors. By the way — we’ve had 4 sales since completion and all were sold within a week.
