Great place for batting practice. Machines malfunction sometimes but that’s a given. The employees have always been friendly and helpful.

This is a review of the batting cages on a Saturday in the spring. Tokens were reasonably priced and while there were lines to use the cages they moved relatively quickly. I took about 70 pitches and made it through them in about 45 minutes, taking turns between every two tokens as required. My only issue was that at 6’4″ all of the pitches were very low and the pitching machine would not throw higher pitches, even after following the machine instructions to raise it.

There aren’t that many batting cages in Baltimore, so Extra Innings was a good find. There are about 4 cages open for batting via tokens, and the rest of the facility seems to be geared towards training and special programs. Unilocal makes this place even more appealing by offering a $ 15 for $ 20 deal, which is basically $ 15 for 24 tokens. With the check-in offer, you’ll get two extra free tokens as well. The batting cages offer baseballs and softballs, and speeds can be adjusted anywhere between 40 mph to 70 mph. The available bats and helmets aren’t that great, but beggars can’t be choosers.

This place is a great place just to hit a couple rounds of balls with your friends. It’s not expensive nor is it out of the way. You just go in and head to the back to the batting cages, put your tokens in and your good to go. Great rainy day activity or for fun dates on a budget

Great family oriented set up & the coaching staff are great. Employee’s are courteous and gave us a nice amount of extra coins when the batting machine went down.

Pretty decent space for anyone who likes to swing a bat. Four pitching machines that can throw baseball, fast and slow pitch softball. Also have a small gym, party rooms, small store, and a bunch of space with netting you can rent to do any sort of training you want. Sort of behind the Golden Corral on Rossville Blvd.
