My husband took my son there tonight because the Essex location had a longer wait period. Everyone was very nice and helpful except for the receptionist at the front desk. She had an attitude. She was on a personal call and seemed annoyed when he asked her a question. She also insisted a few times that because we have Aetna that our copay was $ 25.00, which it is not. (It is only $ 20 & states that on our insurance card) Apparently she thinks everyone with Aetna has the same copay! In my opinion, a person like her should not be working with people, and because of her, we will continue to use the Essex location instead.

Terrible customer service and even worse patient care. Please go anywhere else but here if you want proper treatment and or to not be told to come back for the same problem when you really do not need to be seen again. Money making pit. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would and I have never felt inclined to post a negative review about anywhere until my experience here.

Do not bring your children here. After opting for Overlea instead of Essex due to the shorter online posted time of 30 mins, my wife and son (13 mons) sat for an hour and a half in the waiting room and another hour sitting in the doc room. After seeing my son the doctor spent about 5 mins and prescribed a harmful medication to my son (thank goodness for good pharmacists). We will not be returning and I suggest you avoid this place.

Awesome service! The receptionist and provider was very friendly and helpful! In and out in less than an hour! No more ER visits for my family. ExpressCare it is! Thanks guys.

Great for when you need care in a hurry. The staff is friendly and wants to help. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. You can fill your RX there, but from what I understand insurance does not cover that, so no thanks!
