It is not the best Dollar store. Right on the corner of a busy intersection, so it has a lot of homeless people around. I would not go here (and I live 2 minutes away walking) unless there was NO OTHER option. Store is dirty, but the staff were not rude… just not interested in customers.

IT SMELLS LIKE URINE IN HERE. SERIOUSLY.
Other than that, it’s your basic dollar store. I don’t live in Baltimore so I don’t know the other options in the area, but it’s ok. I stop here for emergencies.
Staff is meh, helpful if you’re persistent, but the smell was so strong it overpowered all my other feelings. Oh and the A/​C was working when I went, poor staff.
