While all of my data was retrieved from my mac mini server, the overall experience has been horrible! They promised to ship my data overnight, charged me $ 48 for it, and it was sent for an afternoon delivery. I had to call back twice for a tracking #. Once they got their $ 7000(it was 2500GB HDs) I was completely ignored. After a week of requesting my damaged HDs to be sent back(and was promised several times they were«on the way») I’ve finally gotten them to overnight them. But I had to send 4 email requests and call twice to make this happen. When I called to complain, I asked to speak to the head of operations. I was told they don’t have one. But the«supervisor» repeated everything I had already been told and made excuses for his shitty service. Bottom line: you’re stressed enough by the data loss. DON’T add to the stress by dealing with these idiots!
