I thought it would be nice to use a local company for the closing and titling of my house purchase, however that turned out to be a bad idea.
First off, they told me they were very familiar with my particular scenario, but this turned out to not be the case, they fumbled the entire way and forgot paperwork many times.
Secondly, they just plain don’t respond to email or voice messages. Unless you talk to someone in person in the office, they don’t seem to care. I had many times where I would email documents and when I got to the office they had no idea where the documents were. I also left many voice mails that went unanswered.
I don’t plan on using them ever again.
