Chick-fil-A

Usually the service is great here. However, today (after a snow storm over the weekend) I went here to get some lunch. I asked if I could have a #8 which is a chicken wrap & the cashier asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. Some lady with blonde hair, (who appeared to be a manager) started yelling very loudly at the cashier saying that we don’t have salads or wraps since they were closed all weekend. I was fine with ordering something else, but she was very loud and wouldn’t stop talking about how they were out. She didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize for the inconvenience. I honestly always expect amazing customer service from chick fil a because every time I come to a chick fil a, I’m always blown away by how nice they are. I was dissapointed today. I felt like I was at a McDonalds.

Went on a Monday morning around 9 am or so just because I was waiting for my car to be serviced at the Bob Bell across the street. They were still on the breakfast menu obviously that stops at 10:30 am. The workers were relatively friendly that waited on us. They ask if you’re dining in or taking out for a reason as we sat to wait for our orders they did bring our food to the table. As well, while we waited I noticed an older lady that was going to the tables to replenish the old flowers with fresh ones. I was taken aback that they actually would use real and fresh flowers at a fast food joint. Thumbs up for ambiance huh? She even offered to dump our tray of devoured food trash and to ask if we wanted anything else to drink. It was a pleasant experience as I haven’t seen this done at any other fast food joint.
Nonetheless we ordered a chicken biscuit meal and a chicken, cheese, and egg on a sunflower grain whatever bagel meal. The food arrived in like a minute or so and was hot. I couldn’t complain with that, but when I saw the sad piece of chicken on my bagel sandwich I was appalled. It was like less than an actual portion that’s smaller than my small hands palm. The bagel was somewhat dry so I was so glad I did oblige when the cashier/​manager asked if I wanted any jelly with my food. Otherwise, it was just okay and did fill me for some odd reason though it was annoying to pay $ 11 for 2 people 2 eat kid sized meals.
Gotta enjoy that they have free wifi whether you purchase anything or not. It was clean and pictures posted for example. May wait a while until I return.

Chick-​fil-​A is a five-​star fast food restaurant the food is great the service is great here. I really love the iced tea and salads. I highly recommend this place for lunch dinner or breakfast.

My husband and I have been coming to this Chick-​fil-​A for a year now since we’ve been in Baltimore. This is hands-​down the best one in the area, perhaps the best one I’ve ever been to. Emmit the manager in the evening is amazing and provides outstanding customer service. He and his staff work hard to meet all of your needs by bringing your food to your table, checking in to see if you need refills or sauces, and even clearing your table. One time, my husband got an unusually small spicy chicken sandwich and Emmit brought us a new one without even questioning us.
The staff is great, friendly and attentive.
We have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant and we will keep coming back!

I found another 5 star Chick-​Fil-​A! Though my hotel is nothing to write home about, the minute I walked into my favorite fast food joint — I knew I had found another 5 star.
The service was fast and the folks working were ALL very polite and quick to get me exactly what I wanted. Even a few little extras that I wanted were received without a blink of the eye. This is what customer service is all about.
After placing my order and being given a number to put onto my table — I barely got to the table before my food was being delivered — hot, fresh and exactly as ordered — even with the little extras.
As I ate I watched the staff quickly picking up waste from tables, carrying the garbage so customers didn’t have to and refilling drinks and delivering more food to folks. All with smiles on their face and not treating anyone as if they were an inconvenience.
Everything was well stocked with plenty of nice little touches — from the flowers on each table to the special straws for the children. The place was also immaculate including the restrooms.
The staff all were dressed well and no employee had their pants half way down their backsides. You can tell that the owners have a different outlook on how to treat customers.
Though I don’t agree with some of the philosophy behind the franchise — I am totally amazed at how much different these places are then Wendy, the big olé Arch place or the King — this place out does each of them.
Finally the food is amazing — for what you get here it doesn’t get better anywhere!

Their employees working in morning on a fateful Thursday were exceptional! I was 15 minutes late to pick up my catering order of Chick-​fi-​A minis and an employee explained to me that you all re-​make catering orders after 10 minutes of sitting to maintain freshness. Well, I asked for it be provided quickly because I was on a deadline and the team delivered it within a minute. Yes; within a minute! I ended up getting where I needed to go on time and people enjoyed the special treat, because Chick-​fil-​A is always a special treat!

This Chick-​Fil-​A has the worst front end counter service in the metro Baltimore/​DC Area. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any Chick-​Fil-​A.

For a quick meal its the best in fast food.

Chick-​Fil-​A has some of the best fast food chicken around. The nuggets are REAL chicken, as are the sandwiches too. The staff always end any request with ‘my pleasure’ and a smile. They continue to bring my food out to my table after I order and sit with my drinks. Sometimes it does take a little long for your order to be ready, but it is always delicious.
I also love thier breakfast sandwiches with egg and spicy chicken!

I’ve seriously never been to a Chick-​fil-​a that was bad, until this one of course. It’s extremely slow, I had to wait in the drive through for about 20 minutes just to get a #1 with no pickles. Don’t even bother sitting inside either, there are creepy older women who force themselves on you and insist they help you with your tray (and by insist I mean grabs tray without even asking and then asks «Where are you sitting?») I’ve been to other Chick-fil-a’s where they offer this service but it always seems pleasant. This one just seems to not want to get it right.

I love Chick-​Fil-​A and I’ve probably spent more money at their restaurants than any other business out there but this location is awful. The food is consistent, but consistently bad in comparison to any other Chick-​Fil-​A franchise location. Nuggets — dry. Chicken sandwich — dry. Spicy chicken sandwich — dry. In addition, the staff and response time is below average compared to other locations as well. Avoid this location unless you have to. Unfortunately it’s the only one close to my home.

I love chick fil a for their sandwich’s and other great offerings. So the rating I give isn’t based really on the food which reflexes the service.
There has been many times I’ve ate here as this is the only close chick filia near fells point. Everytime I get mixed customer service. Normally its rude, something very unlike chick fil a. But here at east point mall that seems normal. Food here is hit and miss with how warm it is or how fast they get it to you.
Stores always somewhat clean and outside is okay compared some other local locations.
