A nice store with a great selection of ice cream. They do need to be more vigilant in clearing out lettuce, other veggies and putting in fresher stock. I’ve heard the fried chicken is quite good.

This place is not your super sized mass chain markets, its a small family owned business. They have pretty much everything you need here. Small hot food bar, and seafood counter but don’t let the size fool you, the steamed shrimp are always always delicious. The deli has a nice variety even though I’m a simple ham and cheese kinda girl. The bakery has a nice variety of sweets and breads. My mother always loves the marshmallow buns from here and I like all the different sandwich buns they have.
The meat department has everything I need and excellent prices. The cashiers are always pleasant and to finalize this review they do double coupons!!! 5 stars for bi-​rite from me.

This is the best cheapest market in the area! Bi-​Rite is known to the surrounding community and I wish people would spread the word more often. Bi-​rite is a family owned business that has been around since 1964 and offer the best prices you can find. They offer everything name brand and off brand that big corporation markets serve but their prices are affordable. This market is a little small compared to corporate operations, but it will get the job done. Everyone is friendly and you get a sense of home from this place, not judgemental looks. As well, they offer steamed shrimp, deli counter, frozen, etc etc… and a hot foods bar (never tried it but alot of people buy from it). Go check it out, it’s right on Belair Road not too far out and you won’t be disappointed.
